And in the greatness of Your excellence You overthrow those who rise up against You; You send out Your burning anger, and it consumes them like chaff.At the blast of Your nostrils the waters were piled up, The flowing waters stood up like a heap; The depths were congealed in the heart of the sea.

For He draws up the drops of water; They distill rain from its celestial stream,Which clouds pour down; They drip upon mankind abundantly.Can anyone understand the spreading of the clouds, The thundering of His pavilion?Behold, He spreads His lightning about Him, And He covers the depths of the sea.For by them He judges peoples; He gives food in abundance.He covers His hands with the lightning, And commands it to strike the target.Its thundering voice declares His presence; The livestock also, concerning what is coming up.
