“ Let me go on, and I will show you the truth. For I have not finished defending God!

“再给我片刻，容我讲明，我还有话替上帝说。

“你再等我片刻我就指示你，因为我还有话要为神说。

你再容我片時，我就指示你，因我還有話為神說。

「你再給我片時，我就指示你，因我還有話要為上帝說。

「你再給我片時，我就指示你，因我還有話要為神說。

「再給我片刻，容我講明，我還有話替上帝說。

“你再等我片刻我就指示你，因為我還有話要為神說。

『你再等我片時，我就指示你；因為還有話須為上帝說出。

容我片時、我將示爾、我為上帝猶有所言、

爾其少忍片時、子猶有言、以明上帝之事。

再容我片時、我猶將示爾、我猶有言以明天主之事、

“ Bear with me a little longer and I will show you that there is more to be said in God’s behalf.

“ Put up with me a little longer. I’ll show you I can speak up for God even more.

“ Bear with me a little, and I will show you, for I have yet something to say on God’s behalf.

Be patient with me a little longer, and I will inform you, for there is still more to be said on God’s behalf.

“ Wait for me a little, and I will show you That there is still more to be said on God’s behalf.

“ Bear with me a little, and I will show you That there are yet words to speak on God’s behalf.

Suffer me a little, and I will show thee; For I have yet somewhat to say on God’s behalf.

Be patient with me a little longer, and I will inform you, for there is still more to be said on God’s behalf.

Suffer me a little, and I will shew thee that[ I have] yet to speak on God’s behalf.

“ Be patient with me a little longer and I will instruct you, for I still have words to speak on God’s behalf.

“ Bear with me a little, and I will show you; for I still have something to say on God’s behalf.

Bear with me, and let me speak. After I have spoken, you may resume mocking me.

So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead,“ Come back to God!”

Look, you and I both belong to God. I, too, was formed from clay.

Aaron will be your spokesman to the people. He will be your mouthpiece, and you will stand in the place of God for him, telling him what to say.

“ Are you defending God with lies? Do you make your dishonest arguments for his sake?Will you slant your testimony in his favor? Will you argue God’s case for him?

This is how the Lord responds:“ If you return to me, I will restore you so you can continue to serve me. If you speak good words rather than worthless ones, you will be my spokesman. You must influence them; do not let them influence you!

I urge you, dear brothers and sisters, to pay attention to what I have written in this brief exhortation.

You must give them my messages whether they listen or not. But they won’t listen, for they are completely rebellious!

Mark this well, Job. Listen to me, for I have more to say.But if you have anything to say, go ahead. Speak, for I am anxious to see you justified.But if not, then listen to me. Keep silent and I will teach you wisdom!”
