“ God is leading you away from danger, Job, to a place free from distress. He is setting your table with the best food.

神也必引你出离患难，进入宽阔不狭窄之地；摆在你席上的必满有肥甘。

上帝也必引你脱离患难，进入宽阔不狭窄之地；摆在你席上的必满有肥甘。

神也必引你脱离患难，进入宽阔不狭窄之地；摆在你席上的必满有肥甘。

祂也要引领你脱离困境，进入广阔自由之地，使你享受满桌佳肴。

他也诱导你脱离患难的虎口，到宽阔不狭窄之地，到你摆满肥甘的席上。

神也必引你出離患難，進入寬闊不狹窄之地；擺在你席上的必滿有肥甘。

上帝也必引你脫離患難，進入寬闊不狹窄之地；擺在你席上的必滿有肥甘。

神也必引你脫離患難，進入寬闊不狹窄之地；擺在你席上的必滿有肥甘。

祂也要引領你脫離困境，進入廣闊自由之地，使你享受滿桌佳餚。

他也誘導你脫離患難的虎口，到寬闊不狹窄之地，到你擺滿肥甘的席上。

你呢、上帝也必誘導、使你脫離患難的虎口，進入寬闊而非狹窄之地；使擺在你席上的滿是肥甘。

亦欲導爾、出於危迫、入於寬廣不狹之區、且陳於爾幾者、俱滿肥甘、

由是觀之、主必率爾、出於危迫之地、導爾至安閒之所、在彼無所困苦、臚陳於几筵者、備極豐腆矣。

如是、天主亦必引爾出危迫之地、導爾至寛廣不狹之所、使爾席席或作几上陳滿肥甘、

“ He is wooing you from the jaws of distress to a spacious place free from restriction, to the comfort of your table laden with choice food.

“ Job, he wants to take you out of the jaws of trouble. He wants to bring you to a wide and safe place. He’d like to seat you at a table that is loaded with the best food.

He also allured you out of distress into a broad place where there was no cramping, and what was set on your table was full of fatness.

Indeed, he lured you from the jaws of distress to a spacious and unconfined place. Your table was spread with choice food.

Then indeed, He induced you away from the mouth of distress, And instead of it, a broad place with no constraint; And your table was full of rich food.

“ Indeed He would have brought you out of dire distress, Into a broad place where there is no restraint; And what is set on your table would be full of richness.

Yea, he would have allured thee out of distress Into a broad place, where there is no straitness; And that which is set on thy table would be full of fatness.

Indeed, He lured you from the jaws of distress to a spacious and unconfined place. Your table was spread with choice food.

Even so would he have removed thee out of the strait[ into] a broad place, where[ there is] no straitness; and that which should be set on thy table[ should be] full of fatness.

And surely, he drew you from the mouth of distress, to a wide place, unrestricted, and to the comfort of your table filled with rich food.

Yes, he would have allured you out of distress, into a wide place, where there is no restriction. That which is set on your table would be full of fatness.

You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings.

He led me to a place of safety; he rescued me because he delights in me.

In my distress I prayed to the Lord, and the Lord answered me and set me free.

You feed them from the abundance of your own house, letting them drink from your river of delights.

You have not handed me over to my enemies but have set me in a safe place.

Why spend your money on food that does not give you strength? Why pay for food that does you no good? Listen to me, and you will eat what is good. You will enjoy the finest food.

You satisfy me more than the richest feast. I will praise you with songs of joy.

I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry.He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along.He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord.

In Jerusalem, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies will spread a wonderful feast for all the people of the world. It will be a delicious banquet with clear, well aged wine and choice meat.

“ But then I will win her back once again. I will lead her into the desert and speak tenderly to her there.

God has blocked my way so I cannot move. He has plunged my path into darkness.

When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In fact, the Lord gave him twice as much as before!Then all his brothers, sisters, and former friends came and feasted with him in his home. And they consoled him and comforted him because of all the trials the Lord had brought against him. And each of them brought him a gift of money and a gold ring.So the Lord blessed Job in the second half of his life even more than in the beginning. For now he had 14,000 sheep, 6,000 camels, 1,000 teams of oxen, and 1,000 female donkeys.He also gave Job seven more sons and three more daughters.He named his first daughter Jemimah, the second Keziah, and the third Keren happuch.In all the land no women were as lovely as the daughters of Job. And their father put them into his will along with their brothers.Job lived 140 years after that, living to see four generations of his children and grandchildren.Then he died, an old man who had lived a long, full life.
