He wraps up the waters in his clouds, yet the clouds do not burst under their weight.

When He utters His voice, There is a multitude of waters in the heavens:“ And He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, He brings the wind out of His treasuries.”

I will lay it waste; It shall not be pruned or dug, But there shall come up briers and thorns. I will also command the clouds That they rain no rain on it.”

Then God said,“ Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.”Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so.

And He rode upon a cherub, and flew; He flew upon the wings of the wind.He made darkness His secret place; His canopy around Him was dark waters And thick clouds of the skies.

He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightning for the rain; He brings the wind out of His treasuries.

Indeed, can anyone understand the spreading of clouds, The thunder from His canopy?

When I made the clouds its garment, And thick darkness its swaddling band;

Who can number the clouds by wisdom? Or who can pour out the bottles of heaven,

Also with moisture He saturates the thick clouds; He scatters His bright clouds.And they swirl about, being turned by His guidance, That they may do whatever He commands them On the face of the whole earth.He causes it to come, Whether for correction, Or for His land, Or for mercy.“ Listen to this, O Job; Stand still and consider the wondrous works of God.Do you know when God dispatches them, And causes the light of His cloud to shine?Do you know how the clouds are balanced, Those wondrous works of Him who is perfect in knowledge?
