Lacking clothes, they spend the night naked; they have nothing to cover themselves in the cold.

“ For example, you must have lent money to your friend and demanded clothing as security. Yes, you stripped him to the bone.

You must wait outside while he goes in and brings it out to you.If your neighbor is poor and gives you his cloak as security for a loan, do not keep the cloak overnight.Return the cloak to its owner by sunset so he can stay warm through the night and bless you, and the Lord your God will count you as righteous.

She has no fear of winter for her household, for everyone has warm clothes.

“ I worked for you through the scorching heat of the day and through cold and sleepless nights.

Whenever I saw the homeless without clothes and the needy with nothing to wear,did they not praise me for providing wool clothing to keep them warm?

Share your food with the hungry, and give shelter to the homeless. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help.
