The heavens will expose his guilt; the earth will rise up against him.

For they have done outrageous things in Israel; they have committed adultery with their neighbors’ wives, and in my name they have uttered lies— which I did not authorize. I know it and am a witness to it,” declares the Lord. (niv)

If we had forgotten the name of our God or spread out our hands to a foreign god,would not God have discovered it, since he knows the secrets of the heart? (niv)

Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God. (niv)
