He will not enjoy the streams, the rivers flowing with honey and cream.

They will never again enjoy streams of olive oil or rivers of milk and honey.

『永恆主使以色列乘駕地之山丘，使他得喫田間的果品；又使他從磐石中咂蜜，從硬碞石中吸油。也喫牛奶酪、羊奶子，同羊羔的脂肪、和公綿羊，巴珊種的公牛和公山羊，同頂肥美的麥子；你也喝了血紅的葡萄汁起泡沫的酒。

那時我用奶酪洗腳，磐石給我瀉出油河。

天使指給我看在城內街道當中有一道生命水之河，明亮如水晶從上帝和羔羊的寶座間流出來。

他就呼喊說：「我祖亞伯拉罕哪，憐恤我吧！打發拉撒路用指頭尖兒蘸水涼涼我的舌頭吧；因為我在這火焰中、極其慘苦啊。」

我必拿頂肥美的麥子給你們喫，又將從磐石出的蜜使你們飽足。

到他曉得拒絕壞的選擇好的之時，他就得以喫奶酪和蜜。

有一個職司手扶攙王、的軍官回答神人說：『除非永恆主在天上開了罅隙，哪裏有這事呢？』以利沙說：『你就看吧，你必親眼看見，卻喫不着。』

那時由於出的奶子多，他就得以喫奶酪；因為國中所有剩下的人都得以喫奶酪——並且喫蜜。

他們必因你殿裏的肥甘而得飽飫；你必使他們喝你快樂河的水。因為生命之源頭是在於你；在你光中我們才得以見光。

這些人也斷不得看見我向他們祖宗起誓應許之地；凡藐視我的、一個也不得看見。

蜜、奶酪、綿羊、牛的乾酪，給大衛和跟隨的人喫；因為他們說：『眾民在曠野一定饑渴困倦的。』

困苦貧窮人尋求着水，也沒有水；他們的舌頭因口渴而乾燥；我永恆主必應他們，我以色列的上帝必不離棄他們。

他正像原野上的杜松，福樂來到，他也看不見，他卻要住在曠野焦乾之處，無人居住之鹹地。『但那倚靠永恆主、以永恆主為所信靠的、那種人有福啊！他如同一棵樹移植於水旁，在河流邊扎根，炎熱來到，它也不怕，它的葉子仍然茂盛，在荒災之年它毫無掛慮，而且不停地結果子。』
