If indeed you exalt yourselves against me, And plead my disgrace against me,

你们果然要向我夸大，以我的羞辱为证指责我，

若你们真要向我夸大，以我的羞辱来责备我，

若你们真要向我夸大，以我的羞辱来责备我，

你们若真要妄自尊大，利用我的耻辱来指责我，

你们若真的妄自尊大攻击我，用我的羞辱来证明我的不是，

你們果然要向我誇大，以我的羞辱為證指責我，

若你們真要向我誇大，以我的羞辱來責備我，

若你們真要向我誇大，以我的羞辱來責備我，

你們若真要妄自尊大，利用我的恥辱來指責我，

你們若真的妄自尊大攻擊我，用我的羞辱來證明我的不是，

你們如果真地妄自尊大來抨擊我，以我的羞辱為證來譴責我，

爾若向我誇大、申明我恥、

顧爾妄自誇大、凌辱乎我、不知轉福為禍、圍我以網羅者、乃上帝也。

爾若欲誇大於我、則當申明我可羞之過以責我、

If indeed you would exalt yourselves above me and use my humiliation against me,

Suppose you want to place yourselves above me. Suppose you want to use my shame to prove I’m wrong.

If indeed you magnify yourselves against me and make my disgrace an argument against me,

You think you’re better than I am, using my humiliation as evidence of my sin.

If you really want to appear superior to me and would use my disgrace as evidence against me,

If indeed you exalt yourselves against me And prove my disgrace to me,

If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, And plead against me my reproach;

If you really want to appear superior to me and would use my disgrace as evidence against me,

If indeed ye will magnify[ yourselves] against me, and plead against me my reproach:

If indeed you would exalt yourselves above me and plead my disgrace against me,

If indeed you will magnify yourselves against me, and plead against me my reproach,

Let them be ashamed and brought to mutual confusion Who rejoice at my hurt; Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor Who exalt themselves against me.

For I said,“ Hear me, lest they rejoice over me, Lest, when my foot slips, they exalt themselves against me.”

For it is not an enemy who reproaches me; Then I could bear it. Nor is it one who hates me who has exalted himself against me; Then I could hide from him.

“ Thus the Lord has dealt with me, in the days when He looked on me, to take away my reproach among people.”

And her rival also provoked her severely, to make her miserable, because the Lord had closed her womb.

This they shall have for their pride, Because they have reproached and made arrogant threats Against the people of the Lord of hosts.

And they said to me,“ The survivors who are left from the captivity in the province are there in great distress and reproach. The wall of Jerusalem is also broken down, and its gates are burned with fire.”

And His disciples asked Him, saying,“ Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”

And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying,“ We will eat our own food and wear our own apparel; Only let us be called by your name, To take away our reproach.”

And Jesus answered and said to them,“ Do you suppose that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered such things?I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem?

They answered and said to him,“ You were completely born in sins, and are you teaching us?” And they cast him out.

“ The Lord will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall not become greater than that of Judah.

By this I know that You are well pleased with me, Because my enemy does not triumph over me.

Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; When I fall, I will arise; When I sit in darkness, The Lord will be a light to me.
