Jesus said,]“ For judgment I have come into this world, so that those who do not see may gain their sight, and the ones who see may become blind.”

耶稣说：“我到这世上来是为了行审判，使看不见的能看见，使看得见的反而瞎了眼。”

耶穌說：「我為審判到這世上來，叫不能看見的，可以看見；能看見的，反瞎了眼。」

耶穌說：「我為了審判來到這世界，使瞎眼的可以看見，使看得見的反成了瞎眼的。」

耶穌說：“我到這世上來是為了審判，使那看不見的能夠看見，能看見的反而成了瞎眼的。”

耶穌說：『為了審判、我才到這世界上來，使看不見的能看見，而能看見的反而成了瞎眼！』

耶穌說：「我到這世上來是為了行審判，使看不見的能看見，使看得見的反而瞎了眼。」

耶穌曰、我為鞫入世、使不見者得見、而見者反瞽也、

耶穌曰、我為審判臨世、使不見者可見、見者反為瞽、

耶穌曰、我為審判臨世、使不見者得見、見者反瞽、

耶穌曰：『予臨斯世、實為黜陟、欲使不見者得見、而自以為明者轉成瞽盲。』

Jesus said,“ For judgment I have come into this world, so that the blind will see and those who see will become blind.”

Jesus said,“ I have come into this world to judge it. I have come so that people who are blind will see. I have come so that people who can see will become blind.”

Jesus said,“ For judgment I came into this world, that those who do not see may see, and those who see may become blind.”

Then Jesus told him,“ I entered this world to render judgment— to give sight to the blind and to show those who think they see that they are blind.”

Jesus said,“ I came into this world for judgment, in order that those who do not see will see and those who do see will become blind.”

And Jesus said,“ For judgment I came into this world, so that those who do not see may see, and those who see may become blind.”

And Jesus said,“ For judgment I have come into this world, that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be made blind.”

And Jesus said, For judgment came I into this world, that they that see not may see; and that they that see may become blind.

Jesus said,“ I came into this world for judgment, in order that those who do not see will see and those who do see will become blind.”

And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.

Jesus said,“ I came into this world for judgment, that those who don’t see may see; and that those who see may become blind.”

Now this is the basis for judging: that the light has come into the world and people loved the darkness rather than the light, because their deeds were evil.

I have come as a light into the world, so that everyone who believes in me should not remain in darkness.

to open their eyes so that they turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a share among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’

Then Jesus spoke out again,“ I am the light of the world. The one who follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

“ The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and the regaining of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed,

“ He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, so that they would not see with their eyes and understand with their heart, and turn to me, and I would heal them.”Isaiah said these things because he saw Christ’s glory, and spoke about him.

But the one who hates his fellow Christian is in the darkness, walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.

At that very time Jesus cured many people of diseases, sicknesses, and evil spirits, and granted sight to many who were blind.

He replied,“ I do not know whether he is a sinner. I do know one thing– that although I was blind, now I can see.”

He said,“ Go and tell these people:‘ Listen continually, but don’t understand! Look continually, but don’t perceive!’

What then? Israel failed to obtain what it was diligently seeking, but the elect obtained it. The rest were hardened,as it is written,“ God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that would not see and ears that would not hear, to this very day.”And David says,“ Let their table become a snare and trap, a stumbling block and a retribution for them;let their eyes be darkened so that they may not see, and make their backs bend continually.”

For everything made evident is light, and for this reason it says:“ Awake, O sleeper! Rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you!”

They do not comprehend or understand, for their eyes are blind and cannot see; their minds do not discern.

The man replied,“ And who is he, sir, that I may believe in him?”Jesus told him,“ You have seen him; he is the one speaking with you.”[He said,“ Lord, I believe,” and he worshiped him.

to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.”

to the latter an odor from death to death, but to the former a fragrance from life to life. And who is adequate for these things?

You people judge by outward appearances; I do not judge anyone.

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through him.

But indeed, some are last who will be first, and some are first who will be last.”

among whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of those who do not believe so they would not see the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God.For we do not proclaim ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves for Jesus’ sake.For God, who said“ Let light shine out of darkness,” is the one who shined in our hearts to give us the light of the glorious knowledge of God in the face of Christ.

Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light, but when it is diseased, your body is full of darkness.Therefore see to it that the light in you is not darkness.

Furthermore, the Father does not judge anyone, but has assigned all judgment to the Son,so that all people will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. The one who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.“ I tell you the solemn truth, the one who hears my message and believes the one who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned, but has crossed over from death to life.I tell you the solemn truth, a time is coming– and is now here– when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.For just as the Father has life in himself, thus he has granted the Son to have life in himself,and he has granted the Son authority to execute judgment, because he is the Son of Man.

Then Simeon blessed them and said to his mother Mary,“ Listen carefully: This child is destined to be the cause of the falling and rising of many in Israel and to be a sign that will be rejected.

The blind see, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have good news proclaimed to them.

Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me,“ I will most assuredly give you the words you are to speak for me.Know for certain that I hereby give you the authority to announce to nations and kingdoms that they will be uprooted and torn down, destroyed and demolished, rebuilt and firmly planted.”

But if your eye is diseased, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!

For this reason I speak to them in parables: Although they see they do not see, and although they hear they do not hear nor do they understand.And concerning them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled that says:‘ You will listen carefully yet will never understand, you will look closely yet will never comprehend.For the heart of this people has become dull; they are hard of hearing, and they have shut their eyes, so that they would not see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’

For the LORD has poured out on you a strong urge to sleep deeply. He has shut your eyes( the prophets), and covered your heads( the seers).

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of his own, so that you may proclaim the virtues of the one who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

“ Listen, you deaf ones! Take notice, you blind ones!My servant is truly blind, my messenger is truly deaf. My covenant partner, the servant of the LORD, is truly blind.You see many things, but don’t comprehend; their ears are open, but do not hear.”

and with every kind of evil deception directed against those who are perishing, because they found no place in their hearts for the truth so as to be saved.
