Jesus therefore said to those Jews who had believed him,“ If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples.

遂謂信己之猶太人曰、爾若恆於我道、則誠我徒也、

乃語猶太之信者曰、爾存我道、誠我徒也、

耶穌謂信己之猶太人曰、爾若恆居於我道、是誠為我徒也、

耶穌因謂之曰：『爾能恪守吾道、是真吾徒、

To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said,“ If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.

Jesus spoke to the Jews who had believed him.“ If you obey my teaching,” he said,“ you are really my disciples.

So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him,“ If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples,

Jesus said to the people who believed in him,“ You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings.

Then Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him,“ If you continue in my word, you really are my disciples.

So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him,“ If you continue in My word, then you are truly My disciples;

Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him,“ If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.

Jesus therefore said to those Jews that had believed him, If ye abide in my word, then are ye truly my disciples;

So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed Him,“ If you continue in My word, you really are My disciples.

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word,[ then] are ye my disciples indeed;

Then Jesus said to those Judeans who had believed him,“ If you continue to follow my teaching, you are really my disciples

Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can’t bear fruit by itself unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me.I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.If a man doesn’t remain in me, he is thrown out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them, throw them into the fire, and they are burned.If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you.“ In this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; and so you will be my disciples.Even as the Father has loved me, I also have loved you. Remain in my love.

But you remain in the things which you have learned and have been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them.

Pay attention to yourself and to your teaching. Continue in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

At this, many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.Jesus said therefore to the twelve,“ You don’t also want to go away, do you?”Simon Peter answered him,“ Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words of eternal life.We have come to believe and know that you are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”Jesus answered them,“ Didn’t I choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?”Now he spoke of Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, for it was he who would betray him, being one of the twelve.

If you will fear Yahweh, and serve him, and listen to his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of Yahweh, then both you and also the king who reigns over you are followers of Yahweh your God.

if it is so that you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the Good News which you heard, which is being proclaimed in all creation under heaven, of which I, Paul, was made a servant.

For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence firm to the end,

But he who looks into the perfect law of freedom and continues, not being a hearer who forgets, but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in what he does.

to those who by perseverance in well- doing seek for glory, honor, and incorruptibility, eternal life;

Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and said about him,“ Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no deceit!”

See then the goodness and severity of God. Toward those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in his goodness; otherwise you also will be cut off.

For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

But the righteous will live by faith. If he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.”But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the saving of the soul.

But he who endures to the end will be saved.

If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.

Therefore, as for you, let that remain in you which you heard from the beginning. If that which you heard from the beginning remains in you, you also will remain in the Son, and in the Father.

strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that through many afflictions we must enter into God’s Kingdom.

not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers, in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; for they didn’t continue in my covenant, and I disregarded them,” says the Lord.

but she will be saved through her childbearing, if they continue in faith, love, and sanctification with sobriety.

Now when the synagogue broke up, many of the Jews and of the devout proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas; who, speaking to them, urged them to continue in the grace of God.

Having therefore obtained the help that is from God, I stand to this day testifying both to small and great, saying nothing but what the prophets and Moses said would happen,

Honor widows who are widows indeed.But if any widow has children or grandchildren, let them learn first to show piety toward their own family and to repay their parents, for this is acceptable in the sight of God.Now she who is a widow indeed and desolate, has her hope set on God, and continues in petitions and prayers night and day.
