我乃維生之餅、自天而降、人食之則永生、我所將予之餅、即我之肉、為世之生而予者也、○

又取餅祝謝、擘而予之、曰、斯乃我身、為爾捐者、爾其行此以憶我、

猶人子至、非以役人、乃役於人、且舍生為眾贖也、○

蓋上帝愛世、至賜其獨生子、俾凡信之者、免沉淪而有永生、

又當以愛而行、如基督愛我儕、為之舍己、為獻為祭於上帝、以為馨香、

翌日、約翰見耶穌來、則曰、觀上帝之羔、乃負世之罪者、

彼無罪者、上帝使之代我而為罪、俾我由彼成上帝之義焉、

父遣子為救世者、此我儕所見而證者也、

故基督臨世時曰、祭與禮爾不欲之、乃為我備一身焉、燔祭罪祭、爾不悅之、我則曰、上帝歟、我來以行爾旨、乃經卷載及我者、前既言祭與禮、燔祭罪祭、爾不欲之、且不悅之、是皆依律而獻者、後則曰、我來以行爾旨、乃除其先、以立其後也、我儕由此旨、賴耶穌基督一獻其身、而得成聖矣、凡祭司日立而奉事、屢獻一式之祭、究不能除罪也、惟彼既為罪而獻一祭、以至永久、則坐上帝右、

從未有升天者、惟自天而降、即在天之人子耳、

由彼為我儕所闢新且生之路、經乎幔、即其形軀也、

主乃活石、為人所棄、而上帝則選而寶之、

彼為我儕捐己、贖我出諸不法、且潔其民以為己業、乃熱衷於善行者也、

蓋上帝之餅、乃降自天、以生賜世者也、

夫道成人身、寓我儕中、充以恩寵真理、我儕見其榮、如天父獨生子之榮焉、

即上帝於基督中令世人與己復和、不以其咎歸之、而以斯道付我焉、○

信我者、如經所言、將有活水之川、由其腹而流焉、

耶穌曰、爾若知上帝之賜、及語爾飲我者為誰、爾必求之、則以活水予爾、婦曰、主、爾無汲器、井又深、何由得活水耶、

夫當愛婦、如基督愛教會、為之舍己、

猶太人遂爭論曰、斯人焉能以其肉食我乎、耶穌曰、我誠語汝、非食人子肉、而飲其血、則爾衷無生矣、食我肉、飲我血者、有永生、我於末日復起之、蓋我肉誠為食、我血誠為飲也、食我肉、飲我血者、居我中、我亦居彼中焉、維生之父遣我、我因父而生、食我者因我而生亦若是也、此乃自天而降之餅、非如列祖食瑪那而死、食此餅者、必永生也、
