I in them and you in me— so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

父歟、爾所賜我之人、願彼與我偕處、使彼見爾所賜我之榮、因創世之先、爾已愛我矣、

我儕以所見所聞者告爾曹、使爾與我儕心交、我儕與父及其子耶穌基督心交、

施恩之天主、曾因耶穌基督召我儕享其永榮、願彼在爾暫受苦之後、成全爾、堅固爾、使爾力強、且得立穩有基、

爾曹由天主得與基督耶穌連屬、天主使彼為我智慧、使我因彼稱義、成聖、得贖、

願其心受慰、以愛而聯合、廣得智慧、能知父天主及基督之奧妙、

我在父內、父在我內、爾不信乎、我所語爾之言、非由己意而言、乃居於我內之父、行其事也、

耶穌曰、人若愛我、必守我言、我父必愛之、我與父原文作我儕必就之、而與之居、

蓋天主之盛德、具備在基督內、如有形然、基督為諸執政者秉權者之首、爾曹亦賴之而得全備、

使人頌其恩寵之榮、即緣其愛子所賜我儕之恩寵、我儕賴彼、以其流血蒙救贖、得罪赦、循天主豐厚之恩寵、即以諸智慧明哲廣施於我者、且示我以其旨之奧妙、循其所定之美意、欲在期滿時、使萬物或在天或在地者、悉歸於一首、即基督、惟隨己意行萬事之主、循其旨預定我儕因基督而得嗣業、使天主之榮、因我儕先仰賴基督者得頌讚、爾曹聞真道、即救爾之福音、得信基督、既信之後、遂因彼受所許之聖神、為印以印爾、即我儕所得嗣業之質、待天主之民得贖、使人頌讚天主之榮、○

無分猶太人與希拉人、自主者與為奴者、男與女、蓋爾在基督耶穌、皆一也、

以成全聖徒、為供教會之役、為建基督之身、至於我眾共此一信、共知天主之子、得為完人、其分量充滿、如基督充滿之分量然、使我儕不復為小子、中人之巧詐詭譎、及其誘惑之法、而被諸異教之風、飄蕩搖動、當以愛心言真實、凡事日漸增長、及於為元首者、即基督也、全體賴彼聯絡鞏固、百節諸肢、各隨其用、各按其量、力行相助、使體漸長、而以愛自建、○

天主使彼無罪者、為我儕成為罪、使我儕因彼成為天主之義、或作天主使彼無罪者為我儕視為有罪致我儕賴彼而得天主之義

若基督在爾心、則身因罪而死、神因義而生、使耶穌由死復活者之神、若居於爾心、則使基督由死復活者、必以居爾心之聖神、使爾將死之身復活、○

我儕傳基督、以諸智慧勸戒各人、教誨各人、欲使各人因信基督耶穌、得以成全而立於其前、

且天主遣子臨世、非為罪世、乃為使世因之得救、

食我肉、飲我血者、則彼在我內、我在彼內、

凡我儕純全者、當懷此意、若有異意者、天主必以此示爾、
