仰望信仰的創始者和成終者耶穌。他為了那擺在他前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架，如今坐在神寶座的右邊。

然而，聖靈的果子是：愛心、喜樂、和平、忍耐、仁慈、良善、忠信、

「我把這些事告訴了你們，是要我的喜樂在你們裡面，並且使你們的喜樂得以滿足。

迎娶新娘的是新郎。新郎的朋友站在那裡，聽到新郎的聲音，就歡喜快樂。這樣，我這喜樂得以滿足了。

這樣，你們現在雖然也有憂慮，但是我會再見到你們，你們心裡將喜樂，並且沒有人能奪去你們的喜樂。在那一天，你們什麼也不會問我了。「我確確實實地告訴你們：你們奉我的名無論向父求什麼，他都將賜給你們。直到如今，你們沒有奉我的名求過什麼。你們祈求吧！就會得到，好使你們的喜樂得以滿足。

流淚撒種的，必歡呼收割。

因為神的國不在於吃喝，而在於聖靈裡的公義、和睦、喜樂。

耶穌知道父把一切交在自己手裡，並且知道自己是從神那裡來，又要回到神那裡去。

我就來到神的祭壇，來到神——我最大的喜樂那裡；神哪，我的神，我要用豎琴稱謝你！

我把這些事告訴了你們，好讓你們在我裡面有平安。在世上你們有患難，然而你們要鼓起勇氣！我已經勝過了這世界。」耶穌說完了這些話，就舉目望天，說：「父啊，時候到了！願你榮耀你的兒子，好讓兒子也榮耀你，

門徒們都滿心喜樂，又被聖靈充滿。
