Simon Peter* said to Him,“ Lord, where are You going?” Jesus answered,“ Where I am going, you cannot follow Me now; but you will follow later.”

西门彼得问：“主啊，你要到哪里去呢？”耶稣回答：“我去的地方，你现在不能跟着去，但以后会跟着去。”

Simon Peter asked him,“ Lord, where are you going?” Jesus replied,“ Where I am going, you cannot follow now, but you will follow later.”

Simon Peter asked,“ Lord, where are you going?” And Jesus replied,“ You can’t go with me now, but you will follow me later.”

“ Lord,” Simon Peter said to him,“ where are you going?” Jesus answered,“ Where I am going you cannot follow me now, but you will follow later.”

Simon Peter said to Him,“ Lord, where are You going?” Jesus answered him,“ Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you shall follow Me afterward.”

Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered, Whither I go, thou canst not follow me now; but thou shalt follow afterwards.

“ Lord,” Simon Peter said to Him,“ where are You going?” Jesus answered,“ Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you will follow later.”

knowing that the laying aside of my earthly dwelling is imminent, as also our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me.

Truly, truly I tell you, when you were younger, you used to put on your belt and walk wherever you wanted; but when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands and someone else will put your belt on you, and bring you where you do not want to go.”Now He said this, indicating by what kind of death he would glorify God. And when He had said this, He* said to him,“ Follow Me!”

Little children, I am still with you a little longer. You will look for Me; and just as I said to the Jews, now I also say to you:‘ Where I am going, you cannot come.’

In My Father’s house are many rooms; if that were not so, I would have told you, because I am going there to prepare a place for you.

And you know the way where I am going.”Thomas* said to Him,“ Lord, we do not know where You are going; how do we know the way?”

So some of His disciples said to one another,“ What is this that He is telling us,‘ A little while, and you are not going to see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me’; and,‘ because I am going to the Father’?”

So Peter, upon seeing him,* said to Jesus,“ Lord, and what about this man?”Jesus* said to him,“ If I want him to remain until I come, what is that to you? You follow Me!”
