Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we[ are].

Ye know that after two days is[ the feast of] the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill[ him].But they said, Not on the feast[ day], lest there be an uproar among the people.

Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take[ your] rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover.And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people.

Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.

Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come.

But now I go my way to him that sent me; and none of you asketh me, Whither goest thou?But because I have said these things unto you, sorrow hath filled your heart.Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

These words spake Jesus in the treasury, as he taught in the temple: and no man laid hands on him; for his hour was not yet come.

But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.

And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.

Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third[ day] I shall be perfected.Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the[ day] following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.

And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem,

And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

The LORD hath appeared of old unto me,[ saying], Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

Who shall also confirm you unto the end,[ that ye may be] blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
