For a voice of wailing is heard from Zion:‘ How we are plundered! We are greatly ashamed, Because we have forsaken the land, Because we have been cast out of our dwellings.’”

因为听见哀声出于锡安，说：‘我们怎样败落了！我们大大地惭愧！我们撇下地土；人也拆毁了我们的房屋。’

因为有哀声从锡安传来：‘我们竟然败落！我们何等惭愧！我们撇下土地，人拆毁了我们的房屋。’”

因为有哀声从锡安传来：‘我们竟然败落！我们何等惭愧！我们撇下土地，人拆毁了我们的房屋。’”

因为从锡安传出哀鸣，‘我们灭亡了！我们受了奇耻大辱！我们的家园被毁，我们只好背井离乡。’”

因为从锡安可以听到哀声，说：‘我们何等衰败！我们多么羞耻！因我们丢弃了这地，我们的家园被拆毁了。’”

因為聽見哀聲出於錫安，說：我們怎樣敗落了！我們大大地慚愧！我們撇下地土；人也拆毀了我們的房屋。

因為有哀聲從錫安傳來：『我們竟然敗落！我們何等慚愧！我們撇下土地，人拆毀了我們的房屋。』」

因為有哀聲從錫安傳來：『我們竟然敗落！我們何等慚愧！我們撇下土地，人拆毀了我們的房屋。』」

因為從錫安傳出哀鳴，『我們滅亡了！我們受了奇恥大辱！我們的家園被毀，我們只好背井離鄉。』」

因為從錫安可以聽到哀聲，說：‘我們何等衰敗！我們多麼羞恥！因我們丟棄了這地，我們的家園被拆毀了。’”

因為有哀聲從錫安聽到，說：「我們怎樣敗亡啊！我們慚愧極了！因為我們撇下了此地，因為人把我們的住處拋掉了。」』

自錫安聞有號咷之聲、曰、噫、我儕敗矣、慚愧特甚、因離故土、我之第宅為敵所毀、

在郇邑聞彼哀歌曰、我見虜、離故土、我室已毀、不能容膝、含羞蒙垢。

哀聲聞自郇曰、哀哉、我遭刼掠、蒙恥特甚、見擄離故土、敵毀我居、

The sound of wailing is heard from Zion:‘ How ruined we are! How great is our shame! We must leave our land because our houses are in ruins.’”

People are heard weeping in Zion. They are saying,“ We are destroyed! We are filled with shame! We must leave our land. Our houses have been torn down.”

For a sound of wailing is heard from Zion:‘ How we are ruined! We are utterly shamed, because we have left the land, because they have cast down our dwellings.’”

Hear the people of Jerusalem crying in despair,‘ We are ruined! We are completely humiliated! We must leave our land, because our homes have been torn down.’”

For a sound of lamentation is heard from Zion: How devastated we are. We are greatly ashamed, for we have abandoned the land; our dwellings have been torn down.

For a voice of wailing is heard from Zion:‘ How devastated we are! We are put to great shame, For we have abandoned the land Because they have torn down our homes.’ ”

For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion, How are we ruined! we are greatly confounded, because we have forsaken the land, because they have cast down our dwellings.

For a sound of lamentation is heard from Zion: How devastated we are. We are greatly ashamed, for we have abandoned the land; our dwellings have been torn down.

For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion, How are we spoiled! we are greatly confounded, because we have forsaken the land, because our dwellings have cast[ us] out.

For the sound of wailing is soon to be heard in Zion. They will wail,‘ We are utterly ruined! We are completely disgraced! For our houses have been torn down and we must leave our land.’”

For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion,‘ How we are ruined! We are greatly confounded, because we have forsaken the land, because they have cast down our dwellings.’”

“ Behold, he shall come up like clouds, And his chariots like a whirlwind. His horses are swifter than eagles. Woe to us, for we are plundered!”

‘ Those who survive will escape and be on the mountains Like doves of the valleys, All of them mourning, Each for his iniquity.Every hand will be feeble, And every knee will be as weak as water.They will also be girded with sackcloth; Horror will cover them; Shame will be on every face, Baldness on all their heads.

And you shall grope at noonday, as a blind man gropes in darkness; you shall not prosper in your ways; you shall be only oppressed and plundered continually, and no one shall save you.

“ Is Israel a servant? Is he a homeborn slave? Why is he plundered?

‘ You shall therefore keep all My statutes and all My judgments, and perform them, that the land where I am bringing you to dwell may not vomit you out.

Our inheritance has been turned over to aliens, And our houses to foreigners.

Destruction upon destruction is cried, For the whole land is plundered. Suddenly my tents are plundered, And my curtains in a moment.

“ Arise and depart, For this is not your rest; Because it is defiled, it shall destroy, Yes, with utter destruction.

Therefore I will wail and howl, I will go stripped and naked; I will make a wailing like the jackals And a mourning like the ostriches,For her wounds are incurable. For it has come to Judah; It has come to the gate of My people— To Jerusalem.

In that day one shall take up a proverb against you, And lament with a bitter lamentation, saying:‘ We are utterly destroyed! He has changed the heritage of my people; How He has removed it from me! To a turncoat He has divided our fields.’”

For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants.

“ And when you are plundered, What will you do? Though you clothe yourself with crimson, Though you adorn yourself with ornaments of gold, Though you enlarge your eyes with paint, In vain you will make yourself fair; Your lovers will despise you; They will seek your life.“ For I have heard a voice as of a woman in labor, The anguish as of her who brings forth her first child, The voice of the daughter of Zion bewailing herself; She spreads her hands, saying,‘ Woe is me now, for my soul is weary Because of murderers!’

They cried out to them,“ Go away, unclean! Go away, go away, Do not touch us!” When they fled and wandered, Those among the nations said,“ They shall no longer dwell here.”

lest the land vomit you out also when you defile it, as it vomited out the nations that were before you.
