You who have escaped the sword, leave and do not linger! Remember the Lord in a distant land, and call to mind Jerusalem.”

You who have not been killed in the war against Babylon, leave! Do not wait! In a land far away remember me. And think about Jerusalem.”

“ You who have escaped from the sword, go, do not stand still! Remember the Lord from far away, and let Jerusalem come into your mind:

Get out, all you who have escaped the sword! Do not stand and watch— flee while you can! Remember the Lord, though you are in a far off land, and think about your home in Jerusalem.”

蒙耶和华救赎的人必回归，欢呼着进入锡安；永远的喜乐必临到他们的头上，欢喜快乐要追随他们，悲哀叹息却要逃遁。

主啊，现在求你照着你一切的公义，从你的城耶路撒冷和你的圣山收回你的怒气和你的怒火！因我们的罪过和我们祖先的罪孽，耶路撒冷和你的子民成了我们四围所有的人辱骂的对象。“我们的神哪，现在求你垂听你仆人的祷告和恳求；主啊，为你自己的缘故，求你使你的脸照亮你荒凉的圣所！我的神哪，求你侧耳听，求你垂听！求你睁开眼睛观看我们的荒凉和这被称为你名下的城，因为我们在你面前呈上的恳求不是因着我们的义，而是因着你丰盛的怜悯。主啊，求你垂听！主啊，求你赦免！主啊，求你留心听并且行动！我的神哪，为你自己的缘故，求你不要迟延，因为你的城和你的子民都是被称为你名下的。”

你们当为耶路撒冷的平安祈求：“愿那些爱你的人安稳！

你们要离开，离开！要从巴比伦出来，不要碰不洁净的东西！你们抬耶和华器皿的人哪，要从巴比伦城中出来，要洁净自己！但你们出来不必急忙，行走不必奔逃，因为耶和华要行在你们前面，以色列的神必作你们的后盾。

就是他作王的第一年，我但以理从书卷中领悟到：照着耶和华给先知耶利米的话，耶路撒冷荒废期满的年数是七十年。于是我转向主耶和华，以祷告、恳求、禁食、披麻蒙灰来寻求他。

你必起来怜悯锡安，因为这是恩待她的时候，又因为所定的时期已经来到。是的，你的仆人们喜悦锡安的石头，爱慕她的尘土。

接着，我听见另一个声音从天上传来，说：“我的子民哪，你们要从她那里出来，免得在她的罪孽上有份，也免得遭受她所受的灾害，

耶路撒冷啊，抖去尘土，起来，坐上宝座！被掳的锡安女子啊，解开你颈上的绳索！

你们要从巴比伦出来，从迦勒底人那里逃离。你们要用欢呼的声音宣告，让人听见，传扬出去，直到地极，说：“耶和华救赎了他的仆人雅各！”

耶路撒冷啊，如果我忘记你，愿我的右手忘记技巧！如果我不记念你，如果我不将耶路撒冷置于我最高的喜乐之上，情愿我的舌头紧贴着上颚！
