For this is what the LORD of Armies, the God of Israel, says: Daughter Babylon is like a threshing floor at the time it is trampled. In just a little while her harvest time will come.

This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says:“ Daughter Babylon is like a threshing floor at the time it is trampled; the time to harvest her will soon come.”

The Lord who rules over all is the God of Israel. He says,“ The city of Babylon is like a threshing floor when cattle are walking on it. The time to destroy it will soon come.”

For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: The daughter of Babylon is like a threshing floor at the time when it is trodden; yet a little while and the time of her harvest will come.”

This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says:“ Babylon is like wheat on a threshing floor, about to be trampled. In just a little while her harvest will begin.”

For this is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:“ The daughter of Babylon is like a threshing floor At the time that it is tread down; In just a little while the time of harvest will come for her.”

For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel:“ The daughter of Babylon is like a threshing floor When it is time to thresh her; Yet a little while And the time of her harvest will come.”

For thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: The daughter of Babylon is like a threshing- floor at the time when it is trodden; yet a little while, and the time of harvest shall come for her.

For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter of Babylon[ is] like a threshingfloor,[ it is] time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come.

For the LORD God of Israel who rules over all says,‘ Fair Babylon will be like a threshing floor which has been trampled flat for harvest. The time for her to be cut down and harvested will come very soon.’

For Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel says:“ The daughter of Babylon is like a threshing floor at the time when it is trodden. Yet a little while, and the time of harvest comes for her.”

My people who have been crushed on the threshing floor, I have declared to you what I have heard from the LORD of Armies, the God of Israel.

Swing the sickle because the harvest is ripe. Come and trample the grapes because the winepress is full; the wine vats overflow because the wickedness of the nations is extreme.

A harvest is also appointed for you, Judah. When I restore the fortunes of my people,

See, I will make you into a sharp threshing board, new, with many teeth. You will thresh mountains and pulverize them and make hills into chaff.You will winnow them and a wind will carry them away, a whirlwind will scatter them. But you will rejoice in the LORD; you will boast in the Holy One of Israel.

Rise and thresh, Daughter Zion, for I will make your horns iron and your hooves bronze so you can crush many peoples. Then you will set apart their plunder for the LORD, their wealth for the Lord of the whole earth.

and the enemy who sowed them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels.

You march across the earth with indignation; you trample down the nations in wrath.

It will be as if a reaper had gathered standing grain— his arm harvesting the heads of grain— and as if one had gleaned heads of grain in Rephaim Valley.Only gleanings will be left in Israel, as if an olive tree had been beaten— two or three olives at the very top of the tree, four or five on its fruitful branches. This is the declaration of the LORD, the God of Israel.On that day people will look to their Maker and will turn their eyes to the Holy One of Israel.They will not look to the altars they made with their hands or to the Asherahs and shrines they made with their fingers.On that day their strong cities will be like the abandoned woods and mountaintops that were abandoned because of the Israelites; there will be desolation.For you have forgotten the God of your salvation, and you have failed to remember the rock of your strength; therefore you will plant beautiful plants and set out cuttings from exotic vines.On the day that you plant, you will help them to grow, and in the morning you will help your seed to sprout, but the harvest will vanish on the day of disease and incurable pain.

Another angel came out of the temple, crying out in a loud voice to the one who was seated on the cloud,“ Use your sickle and reap, for the time to reap has come, since the harvest of the earth is ripe.”So the one seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested.Then another angel who also had a sharp sickle came out of the temple in heaven.Yet another angel, who had authority over fire, came from the altar, and he called with a loud voice to the one who had the sharp sickle,“ Use your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the vineyard of the earth, because its grapes have ripened.”So the angel swung his sickle at the earth and gathered the grapes from the vineyard of the earth, and he threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath.Then the press was trampled outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press up to the horses’ bridles for about 180 miles.

The LORD says: I will not relent from punishing Damascus for three crimes, even four, because they threshed Gilead with iron sledges.

Let both grow together until the harvest. At harvest time I’ll tell the reapers: Gather the weeds first and tie them in bundles to burn them, but collect the wheat in my barn.’”

For before the harvest, when the blossoming is over and the blossom becomes a ripening grape, he will cut off the shoots with a pruning knife, and tear away and remove the branches.
