When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

When I thunder, the waters in the heavens roar. I make clouds rise from one end of the earth to the other. I send lightning with the rain. I bring out the wind from my storerooms.

When he utters his voice there is a tumult of waters in the heavens, and he makes the mist rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, and he brings forth the wind from his storehouses.

耶和华在天上打雷，至高者发出的声音响彻在冰雹和火炭中。

耶和华施展大能，用智慧创造大地和世界，巧妙地铺展穹苍。祂一声令下，天上大水涌动；祂使云从地极升起，使闪电在雨中发出，祂从自己的仓库吹出风来。

基路伯天使展翅的响声好像全能上帝说话的声音，在外院也可以听见。

祂一声令下，冰雪便溶化，微风便吹拂，河川便奔流。

上帝眷顾挪亚及方舟里的野兽和牲畜，使风吹在大地上，水便开始消退。

或为惩罚大地，或为彰显慈爱。

你能号令云彩，使倾盆大雨覆盖你吗？你能命闪电发出，让它听候调遣吗？谁将智慧放在人胸中？谁使人内心有聪明？尘土结成硬团，土块黏在一起时，谁能凭智慧数算云彩？谁能倾倒天上的水囊？

歌颂凌驾在万古穹苍之上的主。听啊，祂声如雷鸣。

摩西向海伸出手，耶和华便整夜用强劲的东风吹退海水，将海底变成干地。海水分开后，

请仔细听祂发出的雷声，听祂口中发出的轰鸣。祂使闪电划过整个天空，亮光直照到地极。随后雷声隆隆，祂发出威严之声。祂一发声，雷电交加。上帝发出奇妙的雷声，我们无法测度祂伟大的作为。祂命雪降在大地，令雨倾盆倒下，使人们停下工作，以便世人都知道祂的作为。野兽躲进窝里，留在洞中。暴风从南天而来，寒流由北方而至。上帝嘘气成冰，使宽阔的水面凝结。祂使密云布满水气，从云端发出闪电。

你有上帝那样的臂膀吗？你能像祂那样发出雷鸣吗？

你一声怒叱，众水便奔逃；你一声雷鸣，众水就奔流，

耶和华就把风向倒转，变成猛烈的西风，把蝗虫刮走，吹进红海。埃及境内一只蝗虫也没留下。

列邦动荡，列国倾覆。上帝的声音使大地熔化。

祂使空中刮起东风，用大能引来南风，

太阳出来的时候，上帝刮起燥热的东风，烈日把约拿晒得发昏，他就再次求死说：“我死了比活着还好！”

我们无法明白上帝的伟大，祂的年岁无法数算。祂吸取水滴，使之在云雾中化为雨，从云端沛然降下，滋润人间。谁能明白云层的铺展，及祂幔幕发出的雷声？祂在四围铺展闪电，照亮大海的深处。祂借此治理万民，赐下丰富的食物。祂手握闪电，令它射向目标。雷声显明祂的作为，就连牲畜也能察觉。

“你曾到过雪库，或见过雹仓吗？

耶和华说：“以色列人啊，在我眼中，你们不是和古实人一样吗？我不是领你们出埃及，也领非利士人出迦斐托，领亚兰人出吉珥吗？

耶稣答道：“你们的信心太小了，为什么害怕呢？”于是祂起来斥责风和浪，风浪就完全平静了。门徒很惊奇，说：“祂究竟是什么人？连风浪都听祂的！”

耶和华的声音回荡在海上，荣耀的上帝打雷，在洪涛之上打雷。耶和华的声音充满能力；耶和华的声音充满威严。耶和华的声音震断香柏树，耶和华劈碎黎巴嫩的香柏树，使黎巴嫩山跳跃如小牛，西连山跳跃如野牛。耶和华的声音携闪电而来，震动旷野，震动加低斯的旷野。耶和华的声音击倒橡树，使树木凋零。众人在祂殿中高呼：“荣耀归于耶和华！”耶和华坐在洪涛之上，耶和华永远坐着为王。

摩西就向埃及伸杖。耶和华使东风在埃及境内刮了整整一天一夜，到早晨，东风带来了蝗虫。
