Lift up a banner against the walls of Babylon! Reinforce the guard, station the watchmen, prepare an ambush! The Lord will carry out his purpose, his decree against the people of Babylon.

Lift up a banner! Attack Babylon’s walls! Put more guards on duty! Station more of them to watch over you! Hide and wait to attack them! I will do what I have planned. I will do what I have decided to do against the people of Babylon.

尼尼微啊，那打碎邦国的上来攻击你。你要看守保障，谨防道路，使腰强壮，大大勉力。

你们要在万国中传扬报告，竖立大旗；要报告，不可隐瞒，说：“巴比伦被攻取，彼勒蒙羞，米罗达惊惶。巴比伦的神像都蒙羞；他的偶像都惊惶。

没有人能以智慧、聪明、谋略敌挡耶和华。

要在境内竖立大旗，在各国中吹角，使列国预备攻击巴比伦，将亚拉腊、米尼、亚实基拿各国招来攻击他；又派军长来攻击他，使马匹上来如蚂蚱，

你要打水预备受困；要坚固你的保障，踹土和泥，修补砖窑。在那里，火必烧灭你；刀必杀戮你，吞灭你如同蝻子。任你加增人数多如蝻子，多如蝗虫吧！

当在万民中宣告说：要预备打仗；激动勇士，使一切战士上前来。要将犁头打成刀剑，将镰刀打成戈矛；软弱的要说：我有勇力。四围的列国啊，你们要速速地来，一同聚集。耶和华啊，求你使你的大能者降临。“万民都当兴起，上到约沙法谷；因为我必坐在那里，审判四围的列国。开镰吧！因为庄稼熟了；践踏吧！因为酒榨满了。酒池盈溢；他们的罪恶甚大。“许多许多的人在断定谷，因为耶和华的日子临近断定谷。

耶和华成就了他所定的，应验了他古时所命定的。他倾覆了，并不顾惜，使你的仇敌向你夸耀；使你敌人的角也被高举。

你们要预备大小盾牌，往前上阵。你们套上车，骑上马！顶盔站立，磨枪贯甲！我为何看见他们惊惶转身退后呢？他们的勇士打败了，急忙逃跑，并不回头；惊吓四围都有！这是耶和华说的。

艾城的王看见这景况，就和全城的人，清早急忙起来，按所定的时候，出到亚拉巴前，要与以色列人交战；王却不知道在城后有伏兵。

列国的人民哪，任凭你们喧嚷，终必破坏；远方的众人哪，当侧耳而听！任凭你们束起腰来，终必破坏；你们束起腰来，终必破坏。任凭你们同谋，终归无有；任凭你们言定，终不成立；因为神与我们同在。

我要聚集万民，带他们下到约沙法谷，在那里施行审判；因为他们将我的百姓，就是我的产业以色列，分散在列国中，又分取我的地土，
