「刀下逃生的人啊，你們快走吧！不要停留！在遠方要記住耶和華，要追想耶路撒冷。你們說巴比倫人闖入了耶和華殿的聖所，使你們蒙受恥辱，滿面羞愧。

「看啊，我要使耶路撒冷成為令周圍萬民昏醉的酒杯。耶路撒冷被圍困時，猶大也必受困。到那天，當地上的列國聚集起來攻擊耶路撒冷的時候，我要使耶路撒冷成為一塊沉重的石頭。凡試圖舉起它的，必傷自己。
