For this is what the LORD says:“ If those who do not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, can you possibly remain unpunished? You will not remain unpunished, for you must drink it too.

耶和华如此说：“原不该喝那杯的一定要喝。你能尽免刑罚吗？你必不能免，一定要喝！

耶和华如此说：“看哪，既然原不该喝那杯的一定要喝，你能免去惩罚吗？必不能免，一定要喝！

耶和华如此说：“看哪，既然原不该喝那杯的一定要喝，你能免去惩罚吗？必不能免，一定要喝！

耶和华说：“看啊，那些本不该喝这杯愤怒的人尚且要喝，更何况你们呢？你们必难逃惩罚，你们一定要喝这杯愤怒。

耶和华这样说：“看哪！原不该喝那杯的，尚且一定要喝，难道你可以完全免受刑罚吗？你必不能免受刑罚，你一定要喝那杯。

耶和華如此說：「原不該喝那杯的一定要喝。你能盡免刑罰嗎？你必不能免，一定要喝！」

耶和華如此說：「看哪，既然原不該喝那杯的一定要喝，你能免去懲罰嗎？必不能免，一定要喝！

耶和華如此說：「看哪，既然原不該喝那杯的一定要喝，你能免去懲罰嗎？必不能免，一定要喝！

耶和華說：「看啊，那些本不該喝這杯憤怒的人尚且要喝，更何況你們呢？你們必難逃懲罰，你們一定要喝這杯憤怒。

耶和華這樣說：“看哪！原不該喝那杯的，尚且一定要喝，難道你可以完全免受刑罰嗎？你必不能免受刑罰，你一定要喝那杯。

因為永恆主這麼說：『看哪，那原不該喝那杯的尚且一定得喝，何況你，你能盡免於受罰麼？你必不能免受刑罰：你一定得喝。

耶和華曰、不當飲此杯者、必將飲之、爾能盡免刑罰乎、斷不得免、必飲之也、

耶和華又曰、不當遭罰者、已飲苦杯、則爾豈能免苦杯之罰乎。

主如是云、不當飲苦杯者已飲之、則爾豈能免乎、決然不免、爾亦必飲之、

This is what the Lord says:“ If those who do not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, why should you go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, but must drink it.

The Lord says,“ What if those who do not have to drink the cup must drink it anyway? Then shouldn’t you be punished? You will certainly be punished. You must drink the cup.

For thus says the Lord:“ If those who did not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, will you go unpunished? You shall not go unpunished, but you must drink.

And this is what the Lord says:“ If the innocent must suffer, how much more must you! You will not go unpunished! You must drink this cup of judgment!

For this is what the Lord says:“ Behold, those who were not sentenced to drink the cup will certainly drink it, so are you the one who will be held completely blameless? You will not be held blameless, but you will certainly drink it.

For thus says the Lord:“ Behold, those whose judgment was not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunk. And are you the one who will altogether go unpunished? You shall not go unpunished, but you shall surely drink of it.

For thus saith Jehovah: Behold, they to whom it pertained not to drink of the cup shall assuredly drink; and art thou he that shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink.

“ For this is what the Lord says: If those who do not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, can you possibly remain unpunished? You will not remain unpunished, for you must drink it too.

For thus saith the LORD; Behold, they whose judgment[ was] not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunken; and[ art] thou he[ that] shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink[ of it].

For the LORD says,“ If even those who did not deserve to drink from the cup of my wrath must drink from it, do you think you will go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, but must certainly drink from the cup of my wrath.

For Yahweh says:“ Behold, they to whom it didn’t pertain to drink of the cup will certainly drink; and are you he who will altogether go unpunished? You won’t go unpunished, but you will surely drink.

If they refuse to accept the cup from your hand and drink, you are to say to them,‘ This is what the LORD of Armies says: You must drink!For I am already bringing disaster on the city that bears my name, so how could you possibly go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, for I am summoning a sword against all the inhabitants of the earth. This is the declaration of the LORD of Armies.’

As you have drunk on my holy mountain, so all the nations will drink continually. They will drink and gulp down and be as though they had never been.

For the time has come for judgment to begin with God’s household, and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who disobey the gospel of God?And if a righteous person is saved with difficulty, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?

This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, said to me:“ Take this cup of the wine of wrath from my hand and make all the nations to whom I am sending you drink from it.

For I will be with you— this is the LORD’s declaration— to save you! I will bring destruction on all the nations where I have scattered you; however, I will not bring destruction on you. I will discipline you justly, and I will by no means leave you unpunished.

The one who mocks the poor insults his Maker, and one who rejoices over calamity will not go unpunished.

So rejoice and be glad, Daughter Edom, you resident of the land of Uz! Yet the cup will pass to you as well; you will get drunk and expose yourself.Daughter Zion, your punishment is complete; he will not lengthen your exile. But he will punish your iniquity, Daughter Edom, and will expose your sins.

But you, my servant Jacob, do not be afraid, and do not be discouraged, Israel, for without fail I will save you from far away, and your descendants from the land of their captivity! Jacob will return and have calm and quiet with no one to frighten him.
