但是當那日我必援救你，永恆主發神諭說；你必不至於被交在你所怕的人手中。

耶和华说，‘但那时，我必拯救你，使你不致落在你所惧怕的人手中。

但到了那日，我必拯救你；你必不至交在你所惧怕的人手里。’这是耶和华的宣告。

主曰、當是日我必援爾、不致付所懼之人手、

But I will rescue you on that day, declares the Lord; you will not be given into the hands of those you fear.

But I will save you on that day,” announces the Lord.“ You will not be handed over to those you are afraid of.

But I will deliver you on that day, declares the Lord, and you shall not be given into the hand of the men of whom you are afraid.

but I will rescue you from those you fear so much.

But I will rescue you on that day— this is the LORD’s declaration— and you will not be handed over to the men you dread.

But I will save you on that day,” declares the Lord,“ and you will not be handed over to the men of whom you are afraid.

But I will deliver you in that day,” says the Lord,“ and you shall not be given into the hand of the men of whom you are afraid.

關心於貧寒人的有福啊；他遭難的日子、永恆主必搭救他。永恆主保守他，使他活着，以致他在地上得稱為有福；求你不要把他交給仇敵，去遂其心願。

在患難的日子你要呼求我，我便救拔你；你就榮耀我。』

因為他專心愛我，我就解救他，保護他於高處，因為他認識我的名。他向我呼求，我就應他；他在患難中、我必和他同在；我必救拔他，使他尊貴。

你六次遭難，他都必援救你；就是七次，禍患也不會觸害着你。在饑荒中他必贖救你脫離死亡；在戰爭中必救拔你脫離刀劍的毒手。你必被隱藏、免受口舌的刺傷；毁滅臨到、你也不懼怕。

大衛對迦得說：『我非常為難；讓我們落在永恆主手裏吧，因為他有豐盛的憐憫；可別讓我落在人手裏呀。』於是大衛選擇了瘟疫。那些日子正是收割麥子的日子。

他們必攻擊你，卻不能制勝你；因為是我與你同在、要援救你：這是永恆主發神諭說的。』

這些事以後、永恆主的話在異象中傳與亞伯蘭，說：『亞伯蘭，你不要怕！我是你的盾牌；你的報賞極大呀。』

『我主我王啊，這些人待神言人耶利米的盡是行壞事：將他扔在井裏，他是會當場餓死的；因為城裏再也沒有糧食了。』

願主賜憐憫給阿尼色弗一家的人！因為他屢次使我蘇爽，又不以我的鎖鍊為恥。反倒在羅馬時、急切地尋找我，而且找到了。（願主賜他在那日子從主那裏找到憐憫！）在以弗所他怎樣多方作服事的工，你則比我更明白了。

『接待你們的、就是接待我；接待我的、就是接待那差遣我的。為尊神言人的名而接待神言人的、必得着神言人所得的賞報；為尊義人的名而接待義人的、必得着義人所得的賞報。無論何人、為尊門徒的名、只把一杯冷水給這些微小者之一喝，我實在告訴你們，他必定不失掉他的賞報。』

王必回答他們說：「我實在告訴你們，這些事你們既作在我這些弟兄中最小之一個的身上，就是作在我身上了。」

於是王下了令，人就把但以理帶了來，扔在獅子坑中。王應時對但以理說：『願你的上帝、你所不斷事奉的、願他解救你！』

瑪坦的兒子示法提雅、巴施戶珥的兒子基大利、示利米雅的兒子猶甲、瑪基雅的兒子巴示戶珥、聽見耶利米對眾民所說的話，說：
