“ Thus says the Lord of hosts:‘ In this place which is desolate, without man and without beast, and in all its cities, there shall again be a dwelling place of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.

萬有之主、耶和華曰、斯土諸邑、今變荒蕪、居民走獸、不得安處、將有牧場、維彼群羊、或寢或訛。

萬有之主如是云、斯地之諸邑悉荒蕪、無人無畜、厥後仍有牧場、牧人仍使群羊安息在彼、

“ This is what the Lord Almighty says:‘ In this place, desolate and without people or animals— in all its towns there will again be pastures for shepherds to rest their flocks.

The Lord who rules over all says,“ This place is a desert. It does not have any people or animals in it. But there will again be grasslands near all its towns. Shepherds will rest their flocks there.

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts: In this place that is waste, without man or beast, and in all of its cities, there shall again be habitations of shepherds resting their flocks.

“ This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: This land— though it is now desolate and has no people and animals— will once more have pastures where shepherds can lead their flocks.

“ This is what the LORD of Armies says: In this desolate place— without people or animals — and in all its cities there will once more be a grazing land where shepherds may rest flocks.

“ This is what the Lord of armies says:‘ There will again be in this place which is waste, without man or animal, and in all its cities, a pasture for shepherds who rest their flocks.

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Yet again shall there be in this place, which is waste, without man and without beast, and in all the cities thereof, a habitation of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.

“ This is what the Lord of Hosts says: In this desolate place— without man or beast— and in all its cities there will once more be a grazing land where shepherds may rest flocks.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Again in this place, which is desolate without man and without beast, and in all the cities thereof, shall be an habitation of shepherds causing[ their] flocks to lie down.

“ I, the LORD who rules over all, say:‘ This place will indeed lie in ruins. There will be no people or animals in it. But there will again be in it and in its towns sheepfolds where shepherds can rest their sheep.

Yahweh of Armies says:“ Yet again there will be in this place, which is waste, without man and without animal, and in all its cities, a habitation of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.

Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, And the Valley of Achor a place for herds to lie down, For My people who have sought Me.

The seacoast shall be pastures, With shelters for shepherds and folds for flocks.The coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; They shall feed their flocks there; In the houses of Ashkelon they shall lie down at evening. For the Lord their God will intervene for them, And return their captives.

then you shall say,‘ O Lord, You have spoken against this place to cut it off, so that none shall remain in it, neither man nor beast, but it shall be desolate forever.’

As a shepherd seeks out his flock on the day he is among his scattered sheep, so will I seek out My sheep and deliver them from all the places where they were scattered on a cloudy and dark day.And I will bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land; I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, in the valleys and in all the inhabited places of the country.I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel.I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down,” says the Lord GOD.

And you shall say to Jehoiakim king of Judah,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ You have burned this scroll, saying,‘ Why have you written in it that the king of Babylon will certainly come and destroy this land, and cause man and beast to cease from here?’”

And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all its cities together, farmers and those going out with flocks.

And fields will be bought in this land of which you say,“ It is desolate, without man or beast; it has been given into the hand of the Chaldeans.”Men will buy fields for money, sign deeds and seal them, and take witnesses, in the land of Benjamin, in the places around Jerusalem, in the cities of Judah, in the cities of the mountains, in the cities of the lowland, and in the cities of the South; for I will cause their captives to return,’ says the Lord.”

And they shall come from the cities of Judah and from the places around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin and from the lowland, from the mountains and from the South, bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings and incense, bringing sacrifices of praise to the house of the Lord.

But you, O mountains of Israel, you shall shoot forth your branches and yield your fruit to My people Israel, for they are about to come.For indeed I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you shall be tilled and sown.I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, all of it; and the cities shall be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt.I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bear young; I will make you inhabited as in former times, and do better for you than at your beginnings. Then you shall know that I am the Lord.

But I will bring back Israel to his home, And he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan; His soul shall be satisfied on Mount Ephraim and Gilead.In those days and in that time,” says the Lord,“ The iniquity of Israel shall be sought, but there shall be none; And the sins of Judah, but they shall not be found; For I will pardon those whom I preserve.

The South shall possess the mountains of Esau, And the Lowland shall possess Philistia. They shall possess the fields of Ephraim And the fields of Samaria. Benjamin shall possess Gilead.And the captives of this host of the children of Israel Shall possess the land of the Canaanites As far as Zarephath. The captives of Jerusalem who are in Sepharad Shall possess the cities of the South.
