今敵築壘、勢甚危迫、攻城殆破、斯邑之人、戮以鋒刃、因以饑饉、重以疫癘、迦勒底人遂取邑垣、爾言有應、爾實鑒之。

今土壘已近於城以破之、城因鋒刃、饑饉、疫癘、將付於攻之之迦勒底人手、主言有應、為主所見、

“‘ See how ramps are built up against Jerusalem’s walls to attack it. The city will be handed over to the armies of Babylon. They are attacking it. It will fall because of war, hunger and plague. What you said would happen is now happening, as you can see.

Behold, the siege mounds have come up to the city to take it, and because of sword and famine and pestilence the city is given into the hands of the Chaldeans who are fighting against it. What you spoke has come to pass, and behold, you see it.

“ See how the siege ramps have been built against the city walls! Through war, famine, and disease, the city will be handed over to the Babylonians, who will conquer it. Everything has happened just as you said.

Look! Siege ramps have come against the city to capture it, and the city, as a result of the sword, famine, and plague, has been handed over to the Chaldeans who are fighting against it. What you have spoken has happened. Look, you can see it!

Even now siege ramps have been built up around the city in order to capture it. War, starvation, and disease are sure to make the city fall into the hands of the Babylonians who are attacking it. LORD, you threatened that this would happen. Now you can see that it is already taking place.

我今日籲天地為證、爾於濟約但所承之地、必速絕滅、不得延年、淪胥以亡、

爾上帝耶和華所許之福既已臨爾、諸禍亦必臨爾、迨爾上帝耶和華滅絕爾、於其所賜之美地、如爾背爾上帝耶和華所命之約、崇事他神、而跪拜之、耶和華必震怒乎爾、致爾速亡於其所賜之美地、

論此邑之第宅、與猶大王宮室、拆毀以禦敵人之壘及鋒刃、以色列之上帝耶和華曰、

論及是邑、爾言因鋒刃饑饉疫癘、付於巴比倫王手、以色列之上帝耶和華曰、

右手得取耶路撒冷之兆、使設鎚以擊之、厥口孔張、大聲號呼、可行殺戮、發鎚攻門、築壘建臺、

以色列之上帝耶和華曰、爾所持之戰具、在於城外、以戰巴比倫王、及圍爾之迦勒底人、我必使之反退、集於邑中、我必震怒發忿、自以高舉之手、有力之臂攻爾、擊此邑之居民、或人或畜、俱遭大疫而亡、耶和華曰、厥後、我必以猶大王西底家、暨其臣僕庶民、凡在邑中、疫癘鋒刃饑饉之餘、悉付於巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、與其諸敵、及索其命者之手、巴比倫王必擊之以刃、不惜之、不憐之、不加矜憫、○

惟我所命我僕諸先知之言詞典章、豈非及於爾列祖乎、彼則悛改曰、萬軍之耶和華欲依我所行所為、而施行於我、已若是待我矣、○

蓋猶大王西底家囚之、曰、爾奚預言曰、耶和華云、我必付此邑於巴比倫王手、彼必取之、

主耶和華曰、我以我之四重災、即鋒刃、饑饉、暴獸、疫癘、降於耶路撒冷、絕其人畜、其害豈非尤甚乎、

使其因饑而瘦、因熱而敗、因苦而滅、害於獸齒、傷於蟲毒、外遭鋒刃、內受驚惶、少男幼女、乳子白叟、淪胥以亡、

天地必廢、我言不廢、

少年耆老、臥於街衢兮、處女丁壯、仆於鋒刃兮、爾於忿怒之日殺之、爾誅戮之、不加矜恤兮、我之驚恐、爾自四周召之、若大會之集兮、耶和華忿怒之日、無人逃免而遺留兮、我所保抱撫養者、我敵盡滅之兮、

耶和華諭摩西曰、爾與列祖偕眠、斯民必於所至之地、狥欲從異族之神、離棄我、背我與立之約、是日我必怒而棄之、掩面不顧、使被吞噬、多遭災禍、時彼必曰、此災臨我、豈非以我上帝不在我中乎、

野犬猶出其乳、以哺厥子兮、惟我民女殘忍、若野間之鴕鳥兮、哺乳之嬰、厥舌燥渴而黏腭兮、稚子求餅、無人擘而予之兮、素食珍饈者、今伶仃於街衢兮、素寢朱褥者、今偃臥於糞壤兮、我民女之愆尤、重於所多瑪之罪惡兮、彼傾覆於俄頃、非人手加之兮、昔彼之那細珥人、潔於雪、白於乳兮、其體紅於珊瑚、形若光澤之碧玉兮、今其容黑於炭、街市無人識之兮、其膚貼骨、枯槁如柴兮、戮於刃者、較死於飢者猶幸兮、因乏田間之產、日漸衰弱、如被刺兮、慈婦手烹其子女兮、我民女遭滅時、以此為糧兮、

彼禁食時、我不聽其呼籲、彼獻燔祭素祭、我不納之、惟以鋒刃饑饉疫癘滅之、我則曰、噫、主耶和華歟、諸先知語民曰、爾必不罹鋒刃、不遭饑饉、耶和華必於斯土、錫爾久安、耶和華諭我曰、諸先知託我名而妄言、我未遣之、未命之、未諭之、彼之所傳、乃虛偽之啟示、無憑之卜筮、妄誕之言詞、己心之詭詐、故耶和華論託其名而預言之先知曰、我未遣之、彼曰、鋒刃饑饉、必不及於斯土、惟彼先知、必為鋒刃饑饉所滅、

四月九日、邑中饑甚、斯土之民絕糧、

遂至、圍示巴於伯瑪迦之亞比拉、附城築壘、陷其牆垣、欲傾圮之、

皆遘厲疾而死、無人哀哭、不得瘞埋、將於地上、同乎糞土、見滅於鋒刃饑饉、其尸為飛鳥野獸所食、

亦必加以鋒刃、饑饉疫癘、迨其滅於我所錫彼、及其列祖之地、

耶和華諭我曰、雖摩西撒母耳立於我前、我心不眷顧斯民、其逐之離我前、而使之出、如彼詢爾曰、我當何往、則告之曰、耶和華云、當死者就死、當刃者就刃、當饑者就饑、當虜者就虜、耶和華曰、我定四者加之、刃以戮之、犬以裂之、飛鳥野獸噬而滅之、

主耶和華歟、爾諭我曰、以金購田、亦延證者、而此邑乃付於迦勒底人手、○

耶和華諭耶利米曰、以色列之上帝耶和華云、其告遣爾問我之猶大王曰、法老之軍旅出以助爾、必返埃及、入其故土、迦勒底人必復來攻斯邑、取而焚之、耶和華曰、毋自欺云、迦勒底人必去我、必不去也、攻爾之迦勒底人、爾縱擊其全軍、惟遺受創者於其中、彼必自幕而起、火焚斯邑、○
