我必把他们栽于他们自己的土地，他们再不会从我赐给他们的土地上被拔除。”这是耶和华你的神说的。

看哪！我必把他们从北方之地领回来，把他们从地极招集起来；在他们中间有瞎眼的、瘸腿的、孕妇、产妇，都在一起；他们成群结队返回这里。

却要指着那领以色列家的后裔从北方之地、从他（“他”原文作“我”）把他们赶逐到的各地上来的、永活的耶和华起誓。他们就必住在自己的地方。”

你去，把这些话向北方宣告，说：‘背道的以色列啊，回转吧！’这是耶和华的宣告。‘我必不向你们变脸，因为我是慈爱的，我必不永远怀怒。’这是耶和华的宣告。

“他们却要指着那领以色列人从北方之地，从他们被赶逐到的各国上来的永活的耶和华起誓。因我要领他们回到自己的土地，就是我从前赐给他们列祖的。

到那日，主必再用自己的手，赎回他子民中的余民，就是从亚述、埃及、巴忒罗、古实、以拦、示拿和哈马，以及众海岛所剩下的。他必向列国竖起旗帜，召聚以色列被掳去的人，又从地的四方聚集分散了的犹大人。以法莲的嫉妒必消除，那敌视犹大的必被剪除；以法莲必不再嫉妒犹大，犹大也必不再敌视以法莲。

“人子啊！你要拿一根木杖，在上面写‘犹大和那些与他一起的以色列人’；又拿另一根木杖，在上面写‘以法莲的木杖，就是约瑟和与他一起的以色列全家’。你要把这两根木杖连接在一起，使它们在你手里成为一根。如果你本国的人民问你：‘你不告诉我们这些木杖是什么意思吗？’你就要回答他们：‘主耶和华这样说：看哪！我要拿约瑟和与他一起的以色列众支派的木杖，就是在以法莲手里的，跟犹大的木杖连接在一起，使它们在我手里成为一根。’你写上了字的那两根木杖，要在他们眼前握在手里；你要对他们说：‘主耶和华这样说：看哪！我要把以色列人从他们所到的列国中领出来，又从四围聚集他们，把他们领回故土。我要使他们在那地上，在以色列的众山上，成为一国；必有一王统治他们众人；他们不再是两个国，不再分为两个邦。

以法莲用虚谎，以色列家用诡诈包围着我；犹大还是与神对抗，就是对抗那可信可靠的至圣者。”（本节在《马索拉文本》为12:1）

看哪！日子快到（这是耶和华的宣告），我必使我的子民以色列和犹大被掳的人归回。’耶和华说：‘我必使他们回到我赐给他们列祖之地，他们要重得这地为业。’”

到那些日子，那时候，人要寻查以色列的罪孽，却无所发现；要查究犹大的罪恶，却一无所见；因为我必赦免我留下的那些人。”这是耶和华的宣告。

“因此，主耶和华这样说：现在我要使雅各被掳的归回；我要怜悯以色列全家，又为我的圣名大发热心。他们在自己的土地上安然居住、无人惊吓的时候，就要担当自己的羞辱和向我所犯一切不忠的罪；我把他们从万族中领回来，从仇敌之地召回来的时候，我必在他们身上向列国显为圣。我使他们被掳到列国去，后来又聚集他们到自己的土地，连一个也不再留在列国那里。这样，他们就知道我是耶和华他们的神。

我要使犹大家强盛起来，我必拯救约瑟家。我要使他们归回，因为我怜悯他们；他们好像未遭我弃绝一样，因为我是耶和华他们的神，我必应允他们。
