Only acknowledge your guilt— you have rebelled against the Lord your God, you have scattered your favors to foreign gods under every spreading tree, and have not obeyed me,’” declares the Lord.

在约西亚王执政期间，耶和华对我说：“你看见以色列的不忠不贞了吗？她在高山上、在绿荫下放纵情欲。

“你们赶走那里的列邦后，要彻底摧毁他们在高山上、丘陵上、绿树下供奉其神明的地方。

“很久以前，我折断你的轭，解开你的捆索，你却拒绝事奉我，在各高岗上、绿树下躺卧淫乱。

我要动身回到我父亲身边，对他说，父亲，我得罪了天，也得罪了你，今后，我再也不配做你的儿子，请把我当作雇工看待吧。’于是他动身回家。“他父亲远远地看见他，就动了慈心，跑上前去抱着他连连亲吻。小儿子说，‘父亲，我得罪了天，也得罪了你，今后，我再也不配做你的儿子。’

“你举目看看那些光秃的高山，哪里没有被你玷污过呢？你坐在路旁等候情郎，就像旷野的游牧者，你的淫乱恶行玷污了土地。

还为自己筑祭坛，在各广场建高高的神庙。你在街头巷尾建高高的神庙，糟蹋自己的美貌。你向每一个过路的人投怀送抱，纵情淫乱，

耶和华啊，我们承认自己和我们祖先的罪，我们都得罪了你。

“如果他们承认自己和祖先的罪，就是背叛我、与我作对的恶行——以致我与他们作对，把他们流放到敌国；如果他们顽固的心谦卑下来，甘愿接受刑罚，我便履行我与亚伯拉罕、以撒和雅各所立的约，眷顾那片土地。

我听见以法莲在为自己悲叹，‘我们就像未经驯服的牛犊，你管教我们，使我们顺服，求你使我们回到你身边，重新复兴，因为你是我们的上帝耶和华。我们曾经离开你，但我们后悔了；我们醒悟之后捶胸顿足，痛悔不已，因早年的所作所为而羞愧难当。’”耶和华说：“以法莲不是我的爱子吗？他不是我喜悦的孩子吗？我虽然常常责备他，但仍然惦记着他。我深深地想念他，我必怜悯他。

他会当众歌唱说，‘我犯了罪，颠倒是非，祂却没有按我的罪报应我。祂救赎我的灵魂，使之免下深坑，使我的生命得见光明。’

自掩其罪，必不亨通；痛改前非，必蒙怜悯。

“‘你却仗着自己的美貌和名声纵情淫乱，与所有过路的人苟合。

如果我们说自己没有罪，便是自欺，真理就不在我们心中。如果我们承认自己的罪，上帝是信实公义的，必赦免我们的罪，洗净我们一切的不义。我们如果说自己没有犯过罪，就是把上帝看作说谎的，祂的道也不在我们心中。
