人子、葡萄之樹、豈得於林中眾木、等量齊觀乎。其木不適於用、不能作釘藉以懸物、人投之火、焚其兩端、並燬其中、安能適於用哉、其木尚全、猶難適用、既焚之後、復何所用。

爾如地之鹽、鹽失其味、何以復之、後必無用、惟棄於外、為人所踐耳、

我以色列族之上帝、耶和華云、猶大民為俘、我所遷徙。自斯土至於迦勒底、我視之若此嘉果、加以眷顧、使返斯土、我必開創之、立其址基、不可翦滅、撥其根本、我必賦以善心、俾知我乃耶和華、一心歸誠、彼為我選民、我為其上帝。惟彼劣果、不堪適口、可比猶大王西底家、以及牧伯、耶路撒冷居民、斯土之遺眾、暨旅於埃及者。我必驅逐、散於列邦、遭人陷害凌辱、受人詛咒譏刺。我必於昔所賜爾祖及爾之地、戮以鋒刃、降以饑饉、斃以疾疫、滅之殆盡。
