Say:‘ Listen, O king of Judah who follows in David’s succession. You, your officials, and your subjects who pass through the gates of this palace must listen to what the LORD says.

祂偉大無比，將被稱為至高者的兒子，主上帝要把祂祖先大衛的王位賜給祂。

「『所以，你們這些牧人啊，要聽耶和華的話。

所以耶和華說，猶大王約雅敬啊，你的子孫沒有一人能登大衛的寶座，你的屍體必被棄之荒野，遭受烈日的暴曬和夜霜的侵襲。

「你站在耶和華殿的門口這樣宣告，『從這些門進殿敬拜耶和華的猶大人啊，你們要聽耶和華的話。

大地啊，大地啊，大地啊，要聽耶和華的話！耶和華說：「你要把這人作為無兒無女、一生失敗的人記錄下來，因為他的後裔中無一人能成功地繼承大衛的寶座，統治猶大。」

亞瑪謝啊，你說，『不要說攻擊以色列的預言，不要傳講攻擊以撒子孫的信息。』現在你要聽耶和華對你說的話。

但論到坐在大衛寶座上的君王和這城裡的百姓，就是沒有與你們一同被擄的同胞，萬軍之耶和華這樣說，『看啊，我必使戰爭、饑荒和瘟疫臨到他們，使他們像爛得不能吃的無花果。

宣告，『從這些城門進出的猶大君王、百姓以及耶路撒冷的居民啊，你們都要聽耶和華的話。耶和華說，如果你們想保住性命，就要小心，不要在安息日帶貨物進耶路撒冷的城門，也不要從家中運出貨物，不要在安息日做任何工作。要按照我對你們祖先的吩咐守安息日為聖日。然而，他們卻不聽，毫不理會，頑固不化，不肯受教。「『耶和華說，你們要留心聽我的話，在安息日不可運貨物進耶路撒冷的城門，不可做任何工作，要守安息日為聖日。這樣，坐大衛寶座的君王及其官員必乘車騎馬和猶大人以及耶路撒冷的居民從城門出入。這城必永遠有人居住。人們必帶著燔祭、平安祭、素祭、乳香和感恩祭從猶大的城邑、耶路撒冷四周、便雅憫地區、丘陵、山區和南地去耶和華的殿。但如果你們不聽我的話，不守安息日為聖日，仍在安息日運貨物進耶路撒冷的城門，我必在各城門點起無法撲滅的大火，燒毀耶路撒冷的宮殿。』」

米該雅說：「你要聽耶和華的話。我看見耶和華坐在寶座上，眾天軍侍立在祂左右。

耶和華讓我對君王和太后說：「從寶座上下來吧，因為你們頭上華美的王冠將要掉落。」

因此，你們這些從耶路撒冷被擄到巴比倫的人啊！要聽耶和華的話。
