The priests did not ask,‘ Where is the Lord?’ Those who deal with the law did not know me; the leaders rebelled against me. The prophets prophesied by Baal, following worthless idols.

The priests did not ask,‘ Where is the Lord?’ Those who taught my law did not know me. The leaders refused to obey me. The prophets prophesied in the name of Baal. They worshiped worthless statues of gods.

The priests did not say,‘ Where is the Lord?’ Those who handle the law did not know me; the shepherds transgressed against me; the prophets prophesied by Baal and went after things that do not profit.

The priests did not ask,‘ Where is the Lord?’ Those who taught my word ignored me, the rulers turned against me, and the prophets spoke in the name of Baal, wasting their time on worthless idols.

相反，把那些可耻的隐秘之事弃绝了；不以诡诈行事，也不歪曲神的话语；反而藉着显明真理，在神面前把自己推荐给每个人的良心。

你既然称为犹太人，依靠律法，以神夸耀；又从律法中受教，明白神的旨意，也能分辨是非；又深信自己是瞎子的领路人，是在黑暗中人的光，是愚妄人的导师，是小孩子的教师，拥有着律法上知识和真理的规范，那么，你这教导别人的，难道不教导自己吗？你这宣讲不可偷窃的，难道自己还偷窃吗？你这说不可通奸的，难道自己还通奸吗？你这憎恶偶像的，难道自己还偷取庙里的东西吗？你这以律法夸耀的，难道自己还违犯律法侮辱神吗？事实上，正如经上所记：“因你们的缘故，神的名在外邦人中受到亵渎。”

他们做这些事，是因为不认识父，也不认识我。

但他们却因那无益之民而蒙羞——那民不能给他们带来帮助和益处，只能带来耻辱和羞辱。”

一个人就是赚得了全世界，却赔上了自己的生命，到底有什么益处呢？人还能拿什么来换回自己的生命呢？

在他口中有真理的训诲，在他嘴里找不到不义；他以平安和正直与我同行，使许多人回转离开罪孽。祭司的嘴当谨守知识，人当从他口中寻求训诲，因为他是万军之耶和华的使者。”万军之耶和华说：“然而，你们偏离了正道，使许多人在训诲上绊倒；你们破坏了我与利未所立的约；因此我就使你们在万民面前被藐视、被轻贱，因为你们不谨守我的道路，在训诲上顾及人的情面。”

你们不认识他，我却认识他。如果我说我不认识他，我就成了像你们那样的说谎者。但我认识他，也遵守他的话语。

“你们这些律法师有祸了！因为你们拿去了知识的钥匙，你们自己不进去，还阻止正要进去的人。”

不要偏离耶和华去跟随那些虚无之神——它们不能使人得益处、也不能解救人，只是虚无之物。

而是因为耶和华用沉睡的灵浇灌你们；他封闭了你们的眼睛，就是众先知；他蒙住了你们的头，就是众先见。

这地的人因酒颠三倒四，因烈酒摇晃迷糊；祭司和先知也因烈酒颠三倒四，因酒混乱，因烈酒摇晃迷糊；他们看异象时颠三倒四，作判决时摇摆不定。

田野中和森林中的百兽啊，你们都来吞噬吧！以色列的守望者都是瞎眼的，全都无知；他们都是哑巴狗，不会叫；只会做梦、躺卧、爱打盹。这些狗非常贪食，不知饱足；他们作为牧人，却没有悟性；他们全都偏行己路，各人尽都谋求自己的利益。他们说：“来吧，我去拿酒，让我们痛饮烈酒！明天必像今天一样，甚至会更好！”
