耶和華告我曰、當取陶器、招民長、祭司長、咸集。

This is what the Lord says:“ Go and buy a clay jar from a potter. Take along some of the elders of the people and of the priests

The Lord said to Jeremiah,“ Go and buy a clay jar from a potter. Take along some of the elders of the people. Also tell some of the priests to go with you.

Thus says the Lord,“ Go, buy a potter’s earthenware flask, and take some of the elders of the people and some of the elders of the priests,

This is what the Lord said to me:“ Go and buy a clay jar. Then ask some of the leaders of the people and of the priests to follow you.

This is what the LORD says:“ Go, buy a potter’s clay jar. Take some of the elders of the people and some of the leading priests

This is what the Lord says:“ Go and buy a potter’s earthenware jar, and take some of the elders of the people and some of the senior priests.

Thus says the Lord:“ Go and get a potter’s earthen flask, and take some of the elders of the people and some of the elders of the priests.

Thus said Jehovah, Go, and buy a potter’s earthen bottle, and take of the elders of the people, and of the elders of the priests;

“你起来，下到陶匠的家里去，在那里我要使你听见我的话。”我就下到陶匠的家里去，看哪，他在转盘上做器皿。陶匠用泥做的器皿在他手中做坏了，他就用它另做别的器皿，照他看为好的去做。

锡安宝贝的孩子虽然好比精金，现在竟当作陶匠手所做的瓦瓶！

我们有这宝贝放在瓦器里，为要显明这莫大的能力是出于上帝，不是出于我们。

他差遣以利亚敬宫廷总管和舍伯那书记，并祭司中年长的，都披上麻布，到亚摩斯的儿子以赛亚先知那里去。

那时，祭司长和百姓的长老聚集在那称为该亚法的大祭司的院里。

要将年老的、年轻的、少女、孩童和妇女，从我的圣所开始全都杀尽，只是不可挨近凡有记号的人。”于是他们从殿前的长老杀起。

发现以利亚撒子孙中作领袖的，比以他玛子孙中作领袖的更多，就分班如下：以利亚撒的子孙中有十六个族长，以他玛的子孙中有八个族长。他们抽签分配，彼此一样。在圣所和上帝面前作领袖的有以利亚撒的子孙，也有以他玛的子孙。作书记的利未人拿坦业的儿子示玛雅在王和领袖，与撒督祭司、亚比亚他的儿子亚希米勒，以及祭司和利未人的族长面前记录他们的名字；在以利亚撒的子孙中取一族，在以他玛的子孙中也取一族。

到了早晨，众祭司长和百姓的长老商议要处死耶稣，

众祭司长、文士和长老也同样嘲笑他，说：“他救了别人，不能救自己。他是以色列的王，现在从十字架上下来，我们就信他。

“你要在跟你同去的人眼前打碎那瓶，对他们说：‘万军之耶和华如此说：我要打碎这民和这城，正如人打碎陶匠的器皿，不能再使其完整。他们要在陀斐特埋葬，甚至无处可葬。

‘万军之耶和华—以色列的上帝如此说：你拿着这文件，就是封缄的和敞开的买契，把它们放在瓦器里，以便长久保存。

第二天，官长、长老和文士在耶路撒冷聚集，又有亚那大祭司、该亚法、约翰、亚历山大，和大祭司的亲族都在那里。

国中的长老就有几个人起来，对聚集的众百姓说：
