好實行我向你們列祖所起的誓，給他們流奶與蜜之地，正如今日一樣。』我就回答說『永恆主啊，但願如此。』

俾踐與爾列祖所誓之言、錫彼流乳與蜜之地、有如今日、我對曰、耶和華歟、誠所願也、○

我與爾祖誓、錫以產乳與蜜之地、必踐前言、今日之事為徵、如爾不從斯約之言、禍必不遠。耶利米曰、耶和華與、余敢不惟命是行。

我與爾祖立誓、賜以流乳與蜜之地、我踐其言、今日之事為證、我耶利米答曰、主歟、我願如是、

Then I will fulfill the oath I swore to your ancestors, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey’— the land you possess today.” I answered,“ Amen, Lord.”

I raised my hand and made a promise to your people of long ago. I promised them I would give them a land that had plenty of milk and honey.’ It is the land you own today. I kept my promise.” I replied,“ Amen, Lord.”

that I may confirm the oath that I swore to your fathers, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey, as at this day.” Then I answered,“ So be it, Lord.”

I said this so I could keep my promise to your ancestors to give you a land flowing with milk and honey— the land you live in today.’” Then I replied,“ Amen, Lord! May it be so.”

He said,“ Amen! May the Lord do so! May the Lord fulfill the words you have prophesied by bringing the articles of the Lord’s house and all the exiles back to this place from Babylon. (niv)

the covenant he made with Abraham, the oath he swore to Isaac.He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:“ To you I will give the land of Canaan as the portion you will inherit.” (niv)

If you pay attention to these laws and are careful to follow them, then the Lord your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore to your ancestors.He will love you and bless you and increase your numbers. He will bless the fruit of your womb, the crops of your land— your grain, new wine and olive oil— the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you. (niv)

Hear, Israel, and be careful to obey so that it may go well with you and that you may increase greatly in a land flowing with milk and honey, just as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, promised you. (niv)

Stay in this land for a while, and I will be with you and will bless you. For to you and your descendants I will give all these lands and will confirm the oath I swore to your father Abraham.I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and will give them all these lands, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed,because Abraham obeyed me and did everything I required of him, keeping my commands, my decrees and my instructions.” (niv)

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’ (niv)

“ Cursed is anyone who makes an idol— a thing detestable to the Lord, the work of skilled hands— and sets it up in secret.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who dishonors their father or mother.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who moves their neighbor’s boundary stone.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who leads the blind astray on the road.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who withholds justice from the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who sleeps with his father’s wife, for he dishonors his father’s bed.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who has sexual relations with any animal.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who sleeps with his sister, the daughter of his father or the daughter of his mother.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who sleeps with his mother- in- law.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who kills their neighbor secretly.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who accepts a bribe to kill an innocent person.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who does not uphold the words of this law by carrying them out.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!” (niv)

Otherwise when you are praising God in the Spirit, how can someone else, who is now put in the position of an inquirer, say“ Amen” to your thanksgiving, since they do not know what you are saying? (niv)

When the Lord brings you into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Hivites and Jebusites— the land he swore to your ancestors to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey— you are to observe this ceremony in this month: (niv)

So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey— the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them.So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.”But Moses said to God,“ Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”And God said,“ I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain.”Moses said to God,“ Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them,‘ The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me,‘ What is his name?’ Then what shall I tell them?”God said to Moses,“ I am who I am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites:‘ I am has sent me to you.’”God also said to Moses,“ Say to the Israelites,‘ The Lord, the God of your fathers— the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob— has sent me to you.’“ This is my name forever, the name you shall call me from generation to generation.“ Go, assemble the elders of Israel and say to them,‘ The Lord, the God of your fathers— the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob— appeared to me and said: I have watched over you and have seen what has been done to you in Egypt.And I have promised to bring you up out of your misery in Egypt into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites— a land flowing with milk and honey.’ (niv)

and said,“ I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son,I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies,and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me.” (niv)

But I said to you,“ You will possess their land; I will give it to you as an inheritance, a land flowing with milk and honey.” I am the Lord your God, who has set you apart from the nations. (niv)
