又見眾招己、則至、與以色列族眾覲羅波暗、告之曰、

凡在以色列族中、欲詣王所以訟者、押沙龍待之若此、以是陰得人心。

雅各從巴坦亞蘭至迦南地、詣示劍邑、安然無恙、邑前張幕。

羅波暗至示劍、以色列族眾亦至、欲立之為王、

爾敵譁然、逆爾之人、昂其首兮、爾之人民、施譎謀以害之兮、爾所愛護者、設詭計以傷之兮、曰、莫若絶之、滅其國民、使以色列之名、不復設憶兮、

為彼地牧伯希未人哈抹子示劍所見、誘其偕寢、而玷辱之。
