曰、我若蒙恩於爾前、求示我以徵、俾知與我言者為爾也、

曰如我蒙恩於爾前、請示以徵、則知爾誠諭我者也。

曰、如我蒙恩於主前、求主示我以證、使我知與我言者誠主也、或作使我知主真與我言

Gideon replied,“ If now I have found favor in your eyes, give me a sign that it is really you talking to me.

Gideon replied,“ If you are pleased with me, give me a special sign. Then I’ll know that it’s really you talking to me.

And he said to him,“ If now I have found favor in your eyes, then show me a sign that it is you who speak with me.

Gideon replied,“ If you are truly going to help me, show me a sign to prove that it is really the Lord speaking to me.

Then he said to him,“ If I have found favor with you, give me a sign that you are speaking with me.

So Gideon said to Him,“ If now I have found favor in Your sight, then perform for me a sign that it is You speaking with me.

Then he said to Him,“ If now I have found favor in Your sight, then show me a sign that it is You who talk with me.

And he said unto him, If now I have found favor in thy sight, then show me a sign that it is thou that talkest with me.

Then he said to Him,“ If I have found favor in Your sight, give me a sign that You are speaking with me.

And he said unto him, If now I have found grace in thy sight, then shew me a sign that thou talkest with me.

Gideon said to him,“ If you really are pleased with me, then give me a sign as proof that it is really you speaking with me.

He said to him,“ If now I have found favor in your sight, then show me a sign that it is you who talk with me.

求你向我显出恩宠的标记，愿恨我的人看见就蒙羞；因为你耶和华帮助我、安慰我。

“你为自己向耶和华你的神求一个征兆吧——或往深求，深如阴间，或往高求，高如上天。”

亚伯兰说：“主耶和华啊，我怎能知道我会拥有这地呢？”耶和华就对他说：“你为我取来一头三岁的小母牛、一只三岁的母山羊、一只三岁的公绵羊、一只斑鸠和一只雏鸽。”他就为耶和华取来这一切，把每样都从中间剖开，一半对着另一半摆列，但没有把鸟剖开。有猛禽飞落在这些尸体上，亚伯兰就赶走它们。日落的时候，亚伯兰陷入沉睡。看哪，有大而恐怖的黑暗落在他身上！耶和华对亚伯兰说：“你要确切知道：你的后裔将在不属于自己的地上寄居，并服事那地的人；那地的人将苦待他们四百年。但我将审判他们所服事的那个国家；此后他们将带着大量的财物出来。至于你，你必平平安安地归到你祖先那里，你必尽享天年，才被安葬。他们到第四代才会回到这里，因为亚摩利人的罪孽还没有满盈。”日落天黑的时候，看哪，有冒烟的火炉和燃烧的火把在这些肉块之间经过！

以下是我耶和华给你的征兆来证明我耶和华必成就所说的这事：看哪！我要使亚哈斯的日晷上太阳照下的影子向后退十个刻度。’”于是日晷上太阳照下的影子，果然向后退了十个刻度。
