上帝从提幔来，圣者从巴兰山来。（细拉）祂的荣耀遮蔽诸天，颂赞祂的声音响彻大地。祂的荣光犹如太阳的光辉，祂的手射出光芒，其中蕴藏着大能。瘟疫行在祂前面，灾病跟在祂脚后。祂停下，大地就震动；祂观看，万民就战栗。古老的山岳崩裂，远古的丘陵塌陷，但祂的作为永远不变。

祂一发怒，大地震动，山的根基摇晃。祂的鼻孔冒烟，口喷烈焰和火炭。祂拨开云天，脚踩密云，亲自降临。祂乘着基路伯天使飞翔，乘着风的翅膀疾驰。祂藏身于黑暗中，四围以密云作幔幕。从祂面前的荣光中，冰雹和火炭冲破云层。耶和华在天上打雷，至高者发出的声音响彻在冰雹和火炭中。祂射出利箭驱散仇敌，发出闪电击溃他们。耶和华啊，你斥责一声，鼻孔一吹气，海底就显现，大地也露出根基。
