In his anger against Israel the Lord gave them into the hands of raiders who plundered them. He sold them into the hands of their enemies all around, whom they were no longer able to resist.

The Lord became angry with the Israelites. So he handed them over to robbers. The robbers stole everything from them. The Lord handed the Israelites over to their enemies all around them. Israel wasn’t able to fight against them anymore and win.

So the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and he gave them over to plunderers, who plundered them. And he sold them into the hand of their surrounding enemies, so that they could no longer withstand their enemies.

This made the Lord burn with anger against Israel, so he handed them over to raiders who stole their possessions. He turned them over to their enemies all around, and they were no longer able to resist them.

若非他們的磐石賣了他們，若非耶和華交出他們，一人豈能追趕千人，二人焉能使萬人逃跑呢？

耶和華就厭棄以色列所有的後裔，使他們受苦，把他們交在搶奪他們的人手中，直到他把他們從自己面前趕出去。

雖然無人追趕，他們卻要彼此絆倒，像逃避刀劍一樣。你們在仇敵面前必站立不住。

因此，以色列人在仇敵面前站立不住。他們在仇敵面前轉身逃跑，因為他們成了當滅的物。你們若不把當滅的物從你們中間除掉，我就不再與你們同在了。你起來，去叫百姓分別為聖，說：『你們要為了明天使自己分別為聖，因為耶和華－以色列的神這樣說：以色列啊，在你中間有當滅的物；你們若不把你們中間當滅之物除掉，你在仇敵面前必站立不住！』

那時，我的怒氣必向他們發作，我必離棄他們，轉臉不顧他們，以致他們被吞滅，並有許多的禍患災難臨到他們。在那日，人必說：『這些禍患臨到我，豈不是因為我的神不在我中間嗎？』在那日，因人偏向別神所行的一切惡事，我必定轉臉不顧。

耶和華的怒氣向他的百姓發作，他憎惡自己的產業，將他們交在外邦人手裏，恨他們的人就轄制他們。他們的仇敵欺壓他們，他們伏在敵人手下。

耶和華把他們交給在夏瑣作王的迦南王耶賓手中；他的將軍是西西拉，住在夏羅設‧哈歌印。

以色列人行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，忘記耶和華－他們的神，去事奉諸巴力和亞舍拉，所以耶和華的怒氣向以色列發作，把他們交給美索不達米亞王古珊‧利薩田的手中。以色列人服事古珊‧利薩田八年。

亞摩利人強逼但人住在山區，不准他們下到平原。

「這書上所寫律法的一切話，是叫你敬畏耶和華－你神尊榮可畏的名，你若不謹守遵行，

「耶和華必使你在仇敵面前潰敗。你從一條路去攻擊他們，必從七條路逃跑。地上萬國必因你而驚駭。

你們即使擊敗與你們爭戰的迦勒底全軍，他們當中剩下受傷的人也必各自從帳棚裏起來，用火焚燒這城。』」

我就要向你們發烈怒，行事與你們作對，因你們的罪，加重七倍懲罰你們。

這樣的人聽見這詛咒的話，心裏還慶幸，說：『我雖然隨着頑固的心行事，卻還是平安無事。』以致有水的和無水的都消滅了。耶和華必不願饒恕他；耶和華的怒氣與妒忌必向他如煙冒出，將這書上所寫的一切詛咒都加在他身上，耶和華也要從天下塗去他的名。

看哪，你們這一夥罪人，竟然接續你們父執之輩，再增加耶和華對以色列所發的怒氣。

那時，出入的人不得平安，各地的居民都遭大亂；

耶和華如此說：「我休了你們的母親，她的休書在哪裏呢？我將你們賣給了我哪一個債主呢？看哪，你們被賣是因你們的罪孽；你們的母親被休，是因你們的過犯。

但如今你丟棄了我們，使我們受辱，不和我們的軍隊同去。你使我們在敵人前轉身撤退，使那恨我們的人任意搶奪。

他們卻嘲笑神的使者，藐視他的話，譏誚他的先知，以致耶和華向他的百姓大發烈怒，甚至無法可救。

耶和華與猶大同在，猶大取得了山區，卻不能趕出平原的居民，因為他們有鐵的戰車。

耶和華因你作惡離棄他，必在你手裏所做的一切，使詛咒、困擾、責罰臨到你，直到你被除滅，直到你迅速滅亡。

你賣了你的子民也不獲利，所得的並未加添你的資財。
