There they stopped to spend the night. They went and sat in the city square, but no one took them in for the night.

說：『我主，請轉到僕人家裏來過夜，洗洗腳，清早起來再走路。』他們說：『不，我們要在廣場上過夜。』羅得極力地逼着他們，他們才轉身，來到他家裏。羅得給他們辦筵席，烤無酵餅；他們就喫。

我做旅客，你們沒有款接我；我赤着身子，你們沒有給我穿；我病了，我在監裏，你們沒有看望我。」

因為我餓了，你們給我喫；我渴了，你們給我喝；我做旅客，你們款接我；

亞伯拉罕舉目觀看，忽見三個人在他對面站着；亞伯拉罕一看見，就從帳棚口跑去迎接他們，在地上下拜，說：『我主，我若蒙你賞臉，求你不要離開僕人而走過去。容我叫人拿點兒水來，你們洗洗腳，就在樹底下靠着、歇息歇息。我再拿點餅來，你們喫喫點心，然後往前走；因為你們既從僕人這裏經過，我理當招待。』他們說：『就照你所說的作吧。』亞伯拉罕趕快進帳棚去見撒拉說：『快拿三斗細麵和和、作烙餅。』亞伯拉罕又跑到牛羣裏，牽了一隻又嫩又好的小牛來，交給僮僕，僮僕就趕快去豫備。亞伯拉罕又拿了奶酪和奶子、以及他所豫備的小牛肉來，擺在他們面前；自己卻在樹底下站在旁邊伺候。他們就喫了。
