曰、可起、而往攻之、我見其地甚美、豈可閒居、宜往勿緩、據以為業、

They answered,“ Come on, let’s attack them! We have seen the land, and it is very good. Aren’t you going to do something? Don’t hesitate to go there and take it over.

The men replied,“ Come on, let’s attack them! We have seen the land, and it is very good. What are you waiting for? Don’t hesitate to go and take possession of it.

And they said,“ Arise, and let’s go up against them; for we have seen the land, and behold, it is very good. And will you sit still? Do not hesitate to go, to enter, to take possession of the land.

So they said,“ Arise, let us go up against them. For we have seen the land, and indeed it is very good. Would you do nothing? Do not hesitate to go, and enter to possess the land.

And they said, Arise, and let us go up against them; for we have seen the land, and, behold, it is very good: and are ye still? be not slothful to go and to enter in to possess the land.

They answered,“ Come on, let’s go up against them, for we have seen the land, and it is very good. Why wait? Don’t hesitate to go and invade and take possession of the land!

And they said, Arise, that we may go up against them: for we have seen the land, and, behold, it[ is] very good: and[ are] ye still? be not slothful to go,[ and] to enter to possess the land.

They said,“ Come on, let’s attack them, for we saw their land and it is very good. You seem lethargic, but don’t hesitate to invade and conquer the land.

They said,“ Arise, and let’s go up against them; for we have seen the land, and behold, it is very good. Do you stand still? Don’t be slothful to go and to enter in to possess the land.

So Joshua said to the Israelites:“ How long will you wait before you begin to take possession of the land that the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has given you? (niv)

Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said,“ We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.” (niv)

Then the two men started back. They went down out of the hills, forded the river and came to Joshua son of Nun and told him everything that had happened to them.They said to Joshua,“ The Lord has surely given the whole land into our hands; all the people are melting in fear because of us.” (niv)

and said to the entire Israelite assembly,“ The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good.If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us.Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them.” (niv)

Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble,and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (niv)
