Then they cried to Yahweh in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke away their chains.
For Yahweh will judge his people, and have compassion on his servants, when he sees that their power is gone; that there is no one remaining, shut up or left at large.
Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly and to break my covenant with them; for I am Yahweh their God.
Nevertheless he regarded their distress, when he heard their cry.He remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.
