参孙觉得非常口渴，便向耶和华呼求说：“你既然借着仆人的手大败敌人，难道你会让我渴死、落在这些未受割礼的人手中吗？”

参孙甚觉口渴，就求告耶和华说：“你既藉仆人的手施行这么大的拯救，岂可任我渴死、落在未受割礼的人手中呢？”

参孙非常口渴，就求告耶和华说：“你既藉仆人的手施行这么大的拯救，现在我要渴死，落在未受割礼的人手中吗？”

Because he was very thirsty, he cried out to the Lord,“ You have given your servant this great victory. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?”

Samson was very thirsty. So he cried out to the Lord. He said,“ You have helped me win this great battle. Do I have to die of thirst now? Must I fall into the power of people who haven’t even been circumcised? They aren’t your people.”

And he was very thirsty, and he called upon the Lord and said,“ You have granted this great salvation by the hand of your servant, and shall I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?”

Samson was now very thirsty, and he cried out to the Lord,“ You have accomplished this great victory by the strength of your servant. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of these pagans?”

He became very thirsty and called out to the LORD,“ You have accomplished this great victory through your servant. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?”

我曾打死过狮子和熊。这未受割礼的非利士人竟敢向永活上帝的军队骂阵，他的下场也必像狮子和熊一样。

大卫心里想：“终有一天，我会死在扫罗手里，我最好逃到非利士人那里。这样，扫罗就不会在以色列到处追捕我了，我便可以逃离他的手。”

我们压力重重，却没有崩溃；心里困惑，却不绝望；遭受迫害，却没有被遗弃；被打倒了，却没有死亡。

弟兄姊妹，希望你们知道我们在亚细亚所遭遇的苦难。那时我们承受极大的压力，超过了我们的极限，甚至连活命的指望都没了。我们心里觉得必死无疑，这使我们不倚靠自己，只倚靠使死人复活的上帝。

耶和华啊，求你起来！我的上帝啊，求你救我！求你掴我一切仇敌的脸，打碎恶人的牙齿。耶和华啊，你是拯救者，愿你赐福你的子民！（细拉）

为了使我不至于因所受的启示太大而自高，有一根“刺”在我身上，就是有撒旦的爪牙攻击我，免得我骄傲自大。我曾三次祈求主叫这根刺离开我，

除了耶和华以外，谁是上帝呢？除了我们的上帝，谁是磐石呢？是上帝赐我力量，使我行为纯全。祂使我的脚如母鹿的蹄，稳踏在高处。祂训练我，使我的手能争战、我的臂膀能拉开铜弓。耶和华啊，你是拯救我的盾牌，你的右手扶持我，你的垂顾使我强大。你使我脚下的道路宽阔，不致滑倒。我追赶仇敌直到追上，不消灭他们决不回头。我打垮他们，使他们倒在我的脚下，再也站不起来。你赐我征战的能力，使我的仇敌降服在我脚下。你使我的仇敌狼狈而逃，我歼灭了恨我的人。

后来，耶稣知道一切的事已经完成，就说：“我渴了。”这是要应验圣经上的话。

亚伯拉罕回答说：“因为我想这里的人不敬畏上帝，他们必为了夺我妻子而杀我。

基甸率领他的三百人渡过约旦河，虽然疲惫不堪，仍紧追敌人。

不要在迦特宣告，不要在亚实基伦的街上传扬，免得非利士的妇女幸灾乐祸，免得未受割礼之人的女子欢喜雀跃。

参孙向耶和华祷告说：“主耶和华啊，求你眷顾我！上帝啊，求你再次赐给我力量，使我向非利士人报剜眼之仇。”

埃及人看见你，一定会因为你是我的妻子而杀了我，让你活着。所以，请你说你是我的妹妹，这样他们会因为你而善待我，留我一命。”

我的力量如水消逝，我的骨头都脱了节，我的心如蜡熔化。我的力量枯竭如焦土，我的舌头发干紧贴上颚。你把我放在死亡的尘土中。

我还要再说下去吗？我没有时间一一细说基甸、巴拉、参孙、耶弗他、大卫、撒母耳和众先知的事了。

大卫问站在旁边的人：“如果有人杀了这非利士人，洗掉以色列人的羞辱，他会得到什么呢？这个未受割礼的非利士人是谁？竟敢向永活上帝的军队骂阵！”
