The Benjamites, however, did not drive out the Jebusites, who were living in Jerusalem; to this day the Jebusites live there with the Benjamites.

The tribe of Benjamin, however, failed to drive out the Jebusites, who were living in Jerusalem. So to this day the Jebusites live in Jerusalem among the people of Benjamin.

At the same time the Benjaminites did not drive out the Jebusites who were living in Jerusalem. The Jebusites have lived among the Benjaminites in Jerusalem to this day.

But the sons of Benjamin did not drive out the Jebusites who lived in Jerusalem; so the Jebusites have lived with the sons of Benjamin in Jerusalem to this day.

至于住耶路撒冷的耶布斯人，犹大人不能把他们赶出去。于是，耶布斯人与犹大人同住在耶路撒冷，直到今日。

王和他的人到了耶路撒冷，要攻打住那地方的耶布斯人。耶布斯人对大卫说：“你必不能进到这里，就是盲人、瘸子都可以把你击退。”就是说：“大卫绝不能进到这里。”然而大卫攻取了锡安的堡垒，就是大卫的城。当日，大卫说：“谁攻打耶布斯人，就要从水道上去，攻打我心里所恨恶的瘸子、盲人。”因此有人说：“盲人和瘸子不得进殿里去。”大卫住在堡垒里，给它起名叫大卫城。大卫又从米罗往内，周围建筑。

那人不愿再住一夜，就备上两匹驴，带着他的妾起身走了，来到耶布斯的对面，耶布斯就是耶路撒冷。将近耶布斯的时候，太阳快下山了，仆人对主人说：“来吧，我们进这耶布斯人的城，在这里住宿。”主人对他说：“我们不可进入外邦人的城，那不是以色列人的地方，我们越过这里到基比亚去吧。”

犹大人攻打耶路撒冷，夺取了它，用刀杀城内的人，并且放火烧城。

便雅悯支派，按着宗族抽签所得之地，是在犹大子孙和约瑟子孙之间。他们北边的地界是从约旦河起，上到耶利哥斜坡的北边，再往西上到山区，直到伯‧亚文的旷野。这地界从那里往南经过路斯，直到路斯的斜坡，路斯就是伯特利，又下到亚他录‧亚达，直到下伯‧和仑南边的山。这地界往西延伸，又转向南，从伯‧和仑南边对面的山，直通到犹大人的城基列‧巴力，基列‧巴力就是基列‧耶琳。这就是西边的地界。南边是从基列‧耶琳的顶端为起点，这地界往西通到尼弗多亚水泉，这地界又下到欣嫩子谷对面山的边缘，就是利乏音谷的北边；又下到欣嫩谷，沿着耶布斯斜坡的南边，下到隐‧罗结；又往北转弯，通到隐‧示麦，直到亚都冥斜坡对面的基利绿，又下到吕便之子波罕的磐石，又往北经过亚拉巴对面的斜坡，下到亚拉巴。这地界又经过伯‧曷拉斜坡的北边，直通到盐海的北湾，就是约旦河的南端为止。这就是南边的地界。东边的地界是约旦河。这是便雅悯人按着宗族，照着他们四围的边界所得的地业。便雅悯支派按着宗族所得的城镇就是：耶利哥、伯‧曷拉、伊麦‧基悉、伯‧亚拉巴、洗玛脸、伯特利、亚文、巴拉、俄弗拉、基法‧阿摩尼、俄弗尼和迦巴，共十二座城，以及所属的村庄；又有基遍、拉玛、比录、米斯巴、基非拉、摩撒、利坚、伊利毗勒、他拉拉、洗拉、以利弗、耶布斯，耶布斯就是耶路撒冷，基比亚、基列，共十四座城，以及所属的村庄。这是便雅悯人按着宗族所得的地业。
