我必命爾亡於鋒刃、使爾屈身受戮、因我有命爾不應、有言爾不從、行我所惡、擇我所不悅也、○

我有命、爾不應、我有言、爾不從、我所不悅者、爾故為之、我所不喜者、爾故舉之、必數爾罪、使屈身受戮。

I will destine you for the sword, and all of you will fall in the slaughter; for I called but you did not answer, I spoke but you did not listen. You did evil in my sight and chose what displeases me.”

So I will make it your fate to be killed by swords. All of you will die in the battle. That’s because I called out to you, but you did not answer me. I spoke to you, but you did not listen. You did what is evil in my sight. You chose to do what does not please me.”

I will destine you to the sword, and all of you shall bow down to the slaughter, because, when I called, you did not answer; when I spoke, you did not listen, but you did what was evil in my eyes and chose what I did not delight in.”

now I will‘ destine’ you for the sword. All of you will bow down before the executioner. For when I called, you did not answer. When I spoke, you did not listen. You deliberately sinned— before my very eyes— and chose to do what you know I despise.”

I will destine you for the sword, and all of you will kneel down to be slaughtered, because I called and you did not answer, I spoke and you did not hear; you did what was evil in my sight and chose what I did not delight in.”

Therefore I will number you for the sword, And you shall all bow down to the slaughter; Because, when I called, you did not answer; When I spoke, you did not hear, But did evil before My eyes, And chose that in which I do not delight.”

主曰、爾今作此諸事、我屢屢原文作每晨警教爾、爾不聽、召爾、爾不應、

主其列祖之天主因憐其民、惜其居所、日日日日原文作每晨遣使者訓誨之、彼訕笑天主之使者、藐視其言、侮辱侮辱或作譏諷其先知、故主震怒其民、不復援之、

果期將至、遣僕就園夫收果、園夫執其僕、撲一、殺一、石擊一、又遣他僕、較前尤多、園夫亦待之如故、後遣其子就之、意謂彼必敬我子矣、園夫見其子、相語曰、此乃嗣子、盍來殺之、以據其業、遂執之、曳出園外而殺焉、葡萄園之主至、將何以處此園夫乎、眾曰、必翦滅此惡人、以園轉租與他園夫、可按時納果也、耶穌謂之曰、經載云、工師所棄之石、成為屋隅首石、此主所成之事、在我目中見為奇異、爾曹豈未讀乎、故我告爾、天主國必奪於爾、而賜於能結果之民、

惟彼不從、背逆頑梗、塞耳不聽、剛愎厥心、同於金剛石、不聽律法、不聽萬有之主、以其神藉古先知所諭之之言、或作剛愎其心同於金剛石不聽律法不聽萬有之主以其神藉古先知諭彼惟彼不聽其言故萬有之主震怒特甚、萬有之主曰、我呼彼、彼不聽、彼籲我、我亦不聽、

我來而無人俟、我呼而無人應、何哉、我臂豈短、無力可贖乎、我豈無拯救之能乎、我叱咤、則海竭涸、使江河變為沙地、其中鱗族、因無水死而腥臭、

昔耶路撒冷及四圍之邑、尚有居民享平康、南方與平原平原或作窪地尚有人居、此言主豈未曾藉古先知宣告於眾乎、

君聞之、則怒、遣兵滅此兇人、而焚其邑、

如我使其國遇鋒刃、鋒刃徧害其地、於其中絕人與畜、主天主曰、雖此三人居於其中、我指己永生而誓、彼不能救其子女、惟一己得救如我降疫癘於其國、發洩我之盛忿、盡行誅殺、盡行誅殺或作使其中有殺人流血之事致人與畜絕於其中、主天主曰、雖挪亞、但以理、約百居於其中、我指己永生而誓、彼不能救其子女、但能因其義救一己之生命、主天主如是云、我使四暴災降於耶路撒冷、即鋒刃、饑饉、猛獸、疫癘、於其中絕人與畜、其害豈非尤重乎、

我呼爾、爾不聽、我舉手、人不以為意、我一切勸教之言、爾皆背棄、不受我之督責、故爾遭遇災害、我必哂之、可懼之事、臨及爾身、我必笑之、可懼之事、臨若狂風、災害至如暴風、爾遭患難、受窘迫、斯時呼籲我而我不應、尋求我而不得遇、因厭惡知識、不以畏主為悅、不受我勸導、藐忽我一切督責、故必依其道而得果報、依其謀而受報應、原文作故必食其道之果由其謀而得飽拙者違逆、必致喪命、愚者淫佚、必致滅亡、惟聽我者、必安然而居、必享平康、無禍可畏、

我見其中無一人能預言、無一人能設謀、我若問之、竟無一能答者、

少男幼女、嬰孩老叟、外遭鋒刃、內受驚惶、

彼臨屬己者、而屬己之民不受之、

主如是云、爾曹不聽我、不願宣告釋爾同族同國之人、今我宣告爾、必使使或作任爾遭鋒刃、饑饉、疫癘、使爾受天下萬國之凌虐、

願主使其子亡於饑、其眾死於刃、其妻為嫠而無子、壯男死於疫癘、少者於戰為鋒刃所殺、

惟不信我者、宰牛不異不異或作亦復下同殺人、宰羊不異斷犬項、獻素祭不異獻豕血、焚香不異頌偶像、彼樂從己道、心悅可憎之事、我亦必特降之以災、以彼所懼者加諸其身、緣我召彼、無人應、我有言、我有言或作我誨彼無人聽、行我所惡者、行我所惡者或作行惡於我前擇我所不悅者、○

當洗滌自潔、於我目前除爾惡行、不復作惡、

當是日主將以堅利巨刃、殺利未雅坦急趨之蛇、殺利未雅坦盤曲之蛇、並殺海中之龍、

爾之丁男必被刀殺、爾之勇士死於戰陣、

斯民於我前、恆干我怒、獻祭於園囿、焚香於磚臺、

必降爾兵刃之災、討爾背約之罪、爾奔集於城中、必降瘟疫於爾間、付爾於敵手、

彼之諸途、我目鑒察、不隱於我、彼之愆尤、不匿我目前、

遣僕召所請者赴筵、皆不肯來、

若不蹶於俘囚中、必仆於見殺者間、或作不蒙我祐或蹶於俘囚中或仆於被殺者間雖然、主怒猶未息也、主手仍不縮也、○

我必舉手降罰於猶大人、及耶路撒冷居民、我於斯處、必翦滅所餘之巴力、必翦滅祭偶像之祭司、與他祭司之名、凡在樓巔崇拜天象、又崇拜耶和華、指耶和華而誓、又指瑪勒堪瑪勒堪即摩洛又名米勒公亞捫族之神名而誓、背逆耶和華、不尋求耶和華、不祈禱耶和華者、我悉必翦滅、
