主永恆主這麼說：『看吧，我必向列國舉手，向萬族之民立起我的旌旗；他們必將你的眾兒子抱在懷中帶來，將你的眾女兒放在肩上扛來。

當那日子、耶西的根所生的、那要立作萬族之民的旌旗的、列國人必尋求他；他的安居所必大有榮耀。

所以你們要往岔路口去，凡所遇見的、都請來赴婚筵。」

世界上一切居民、和地上居住的人哪，山上豎起旌旗時你們要看哦！吹號角時你們要聽哦！

摩西築了一座祭壇，起名叫「耶和華尼西」，

從巴比倫出來哦！從迦勒底人之中逃出哦！用歡呼的聲音宣告，將這事說給人聽哦！傳出到地之儘邊，說：『永恆主贖回了他僕人雅各了。』

你的城門必不斷地開着，晝夜總不關閉，好讓人把列國的資財帶來歸你，他們的王也必在儀仗中被引來。
