The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks along them will know peace.

They don’t know how to live at peace with others. What they do isn’t fair. They lead twisted lives. No one who lives like that will enjoy peace and rest.

惟彼作惡之徒、若波濤激濁、翻騰莫遏、上帝曰、邪僻之輩、不享綏安。

居幽暗陰翳者光照之、導我履平康之道矣、○

直躬而行者、可得拯救、所從邪曲者、猝然敗亡。

在耶路撒冷逵衢、宜急遍行稽察、若得一人行義言真、則其餘亦必加寛宥。

耶和華曰、為惡之徒、不享平康。

以色列族、宜聽耶和華言、斯土之人、不識上帝、不言真實、不以矜憫為懷、故耶和華、將鞫斯民。彼妄發誓詞、專事誑言、淫人妻室、奪人貨財、殺戮人民、流血四境、

所行邪曲、所為橫逆。

爾曹世人、言義伸冤、豈出誠慤兮。爾之中心、惟懷惡念、爾居斯土、所行強梁兮、

秉公義者、遠遁遙立、言真實者、仆於逵衢、不敢入邑。尚誠慤者不可得、改惡行者每遇害、援手無人、保護無人、耶和華見仁義衰頹、惄然憂之、彰厥仁義、顯厥大能、以拯斯民焉。

偽善之士子、𠵽唎㘔人、其有禍乎、蓋爾於薄荷、八角、馬芹、十輸其一、但律法之尤重者、若義、與仁、與信、爾則遺之、然爾所當行者此也、彼第不可遺耳、

不由平康、

惟所行邪曲者、耶和華必罰之、俾與惡黨同科、願以色列族、俱享平康兮。

萬有之主耶和華、視以色列族猶大之民、無異葡萄園、無異嘉種、使行仁從義、惟彼嗜殺人、行暴虐、小民號呼。

從其道者、享懽樂、得平康。

以色列國雄長列邦、其中有名之人、為民所歸、然在郇邑、耽於逸樂、在撒馬利亞山、宴然居處、其禍必不遠矣、可往甲尼至哈末大邑、又至非利士人迦特、徧加巡察、豈有他國、較此國尤尊榮、豈有他境、較爾境尤延袤、居位之人、所行暴虐、以為報應之理、甚屬茫昧、寢於象牙之榻、卧於棲息之床、羔則取之於群、犢則執之於牢、供其饜飫、彈琴作歌、製樂器、一如大闢、以最巨之盂、盛酒醴、以至貴之油、膏肌膚、於約瑟之難、毫不矜憫、其禍必不遠矣。
