惡者必遘凶災、而有惡報、

惡人之人、虛光必昧、燭照不遠、其室之光必暗、其燈必息。健步者見困於人、機心者反害及己。足罹網羅、行遇坎阱。機檻囚之、籠絡困之。到處皆絆、隨在維坑。患難臨其身、追逐踵其後。其力因饑而困頓、禍機伏於側、彼患危苦之疾、蝕其肢體。室無餘慶、可復希望、有嚴厲之王焉、而被解至此。

惡人不為不軌、則卧有不安、不使人傾危、則寢有不暇。其所飲食、若餅若酒、皆取諸非義。

所作隱慝、深入於骨、及其歸土、惡報從之。惡譬諸食物、甫入口則甚甘、藏於舌間、久含不棄、下至腹、味殊苦、如蝮之膽。其平日並吞財貨、上帝必使復吐之。或飲蛇毒而亡、或為蝮螫而死。不能飲甘泉之水、不得居酥蜜之地。雖勞而得財、不能自享、必當反之於人、不可以為悅。蓋剝奪其民、至於貧乏、則遺棄之、人所建之第宅、則強據之。其衷懷不能恬適、其嗜好不能長存。其所食無餘、其享福不永。即當隆盛之時、必遇困厄、受其虐遇者、必群起而攻擊。彼既飽其貪饕、上帝震怒、降災如下雨、使之備嘗。雖避鐵器、而傷於銅弓。利鏃白刃、深入其膽、拔而出之、不勝戰栗、災害臨之、電火焚之、居其室者、咸遇患難。天癉其惡、地罰其罪。臨難之日、凡其所有、必盡消亡。全能之上帝、施報於惡人者若此。

維彼惡人、雨置諸險滑之途、擲諸死亡之地兮、猝然喪敗、殲滅殆盡、主勃然而興、如夢警醒、藐視其浮華兮。

其言曰、作惡者畢生悚懼、強暴者不知死亡之何日。驚駭之聲、常聞於耳、平康之時、殘賊忽至。遇患難無望拯救、臨白刃不能倖免。流離求食、而無所得、禍患將至、而不及知。災害孔迫、俾其恐懼、若王與敵戰、必能獲勝。

爾曹相愛、肆筵設席、彼必與焉、是謀哺啜、玷爾潔清、終無所懼、彼偽師如密雲不雨、為風飄搖、如秋末之樹、果落莖枯、根株盡拔、
