我必使其口讚頌我、我賜平康、賜平康於遠者近者、且我將醫之、此乃主所言、

我們應當藉着耶穌，常常以頌讚為祭獻給上帝，這是那宣認他名的人嘴唇所結的果子。

因為這應許是給你們和你們的兒女，並一切在遠方的人，就是給所有主－我們的上帝所召來的人。」

也要為我祈求，讓我有口才，能放膽開口講明福音的奧祕，

同時，也要為我們禱告，求上帝給我們開傳道的門，能宣講基督的奧祕，使我能按着所該說的話將這奧祕顯明出來，我為此而被捆鎖。

上帝藉着耶穌基督－他是萬有的主－傳和平的福音，把這道傳給以色列人。

因為我必賜你們口才和智慧，是你們一切敵人所敵不住、駁不倒的。

當歸向耶和華，用言語向他說：「求你除盡罪孽，悅納善行，我們就用嘴唇的祭代替牛犢獻上。

用炭沾我的口，說：「看哪，這炭沾了你的嘴唇，你的罪孽便除掉，你的罪惡就赦免了。」

「在至高之處榮耀歸與上帝！在地上平安歸與他所喜悅的人！」

無論進哪一家，先要說：『願這一家平安。』那裏若有當得平安的人，你們所求的平安就必臨到那家，不然，將歸還你們。

因為他自己是我們的和平，使雙方合而為一，拆毀了中間隔絕的牆，而且以自己的身體終止了冤仇，廢掉那記在律法上的規條，為要使兩方藉着自己造成一個新人，促成了和平；既在十字架上消滅了冤仇，就藉這十字架使雙方歸為一體，與上帝和好，並且來傳和平的福音給你們遠處的人，也傳和平給那些近處的人，

那家若配得平安，你們所求的平安就臨到那家；若不配得，你們所求的平安仍歸你們。

他又對他們說：「你們往普天下去，傳福音給萬民聽。

所以，我們作基督的特使，就好像上帝藉我們勸你們一般。我們替基督求你們，與上帝和好吧！上帝使那無罪的，替我們成為罪，好使我們在他裏面成為上帝的義。

耶和華對他說：「誰造人的口呢？誰使人口啞、耳聾、目明、眼瞎呢？豈不是我－耶和華嗎？現在，去吧，我必賜你口才，指教你應當說的。」
