遵從斯道、固守弗失、守安息日而弗凟、束手而不作惡、則有福祉。

守安息日而不褻瀆、禁己手而不作惡、人如是行、如是持守、即為有福、

Blessed is the one who does this— the person who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps their hands from doing any evil.”

Blessed is the person who does what I want them to. They are faithful in keeping the Sabbath day. They do not misuse it. They do not do what is evil on that day.”

Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath, not profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

Blessed are all those who are careful to do this. Blessed are those who honor my Sabbath days of rest and keep themselves from doing wrong.

Happy is the person who does this, the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.

Blessed is a man who does this, And a son of man who takes hold of it; Who keeps from profaning the Sabbath, And keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that holdeth it fast; that keepeth the sabbath from profaning it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.

“如果你在安息日克制自己的脚步，在我的圣日不行自己所喜悦的事；如果你称安息日为可喜乐的，称耶和华的圣日为可尊重的；如果你尊重这日，不行自己的路，不求自己所喜悦的事，不按自己的意思说话；

哈利路亚！敬畏耶和华、极其喜悦他诫命的，是蒙福的！

耶稣说：“那听了神的话语又遵守的人，才真是蒙福的！”

你们既然明白这些事，如果去做，就蒙福了。

这样的人是多么蒙福啊：他不从恶人的谋略，不站罪人的道路，不坐讥讽者的座位！他所喜悦的，就是耶和华的律法；耶和华的律法，他昼思夜想。他像一棵树，栽种在溪水旁，他的果实按时结出，他的叶子也不凋零，凡他所做的都会兴盛。

耶和华啊，谁能居住在你的帐篷中呢？谁能安居在你的圣山上呢？就是那行事纯全、实行公义、内心说诚实话的人。他不用舌头诽谤人，不对邻人做恶事，也不辱骂自己的亲友。他眼中轻视被神所厌弃的人，却尊重敬畏耶和华的人；他起了誓，就算自己吃亏也不反悔。他不放债取利，也不收贿赂害无辜的人。行这些事的人将永不动摇！

藉着慈爱和信实，罪孽被赎清；因敬畏耶和华，人就远离恶事。

你当远离恶事，当行善事，就必安居直到永远；

智慧人有所畏惧，远离恶事；愚昧人鲁莽易怒，无所惧怕。

你不要偏右，也不要偏左，要使你的脚离开恶事。

“凡是洗净自己袍子，好使自己有权利到生命树那里，并且得以从城门进到城内的人——他们是蒙福的！

至于那些归附于耶和华的外邦人，就是为了事奉他、爱他的名、作他仆人的——每一个谨守安息日不亵渎这日，又坚守我约的人，

我阻止我的脚走任何邪恶的路，为要遵守你的话语。

行为纯全、按照耶和华的律法而行的人是蒙福的！谨守耶和华的法度、全心寻求他的人是蒙福的！他们不做不义的事，只走在他的道路上。你用你的训诫吩咐了我们，为要我们竭力遵守。但愿我的道路被你坚立，好使我遵守你的律例。

因为耶和华如此说：“对于那些谨守我的安息日、选择我所喜悦的事、坚守我约的被阉割之人，

那些持守公正、时时行公义的人，是蒙福的！

你要持守训导，不要放弃；要谨守智慧，因为她是你的生命。

正直人的大道，远离恶事；谨守自己道路的，保守自己的性命。

所有敬畏耶和华、走在他道路上的人，都是蒙福的！

你抓住这个是好的，也不要放手那个；因为敬畏神的人，能兼顾这两者。

当远离恶事，当行善事，寻找并追求和平。

主人回来的时候，看见哪个奴仆如此行，那个奴仆就蒙福了。

爱，不要虚假；要厌弃恶、持守善；
