the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who will say:“ Praise the Lord of hosts, For the Lord is good, For His mercy endures forever”— and of those who will bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the Lord. And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.

“ Up, Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon.”For thus says the Lord of hosts:“ He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye.For surely I will shake My hand against them, and they shall become spoil for their servants. Then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me.“ Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! For behold, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” says the Lord.

All your children shall be taught by the Lord, And great shall be the peace of your children.

Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”

Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, Streaming to the goodness of the Lord— For wheat and new wine and oil, For the young of the flock and the herd; Their souls shall be like a well-watered garden, And they shall sorrow no more at all.“ Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, And the young men and the old, together; For I will turn their mourning to joy, Will comfort them, And make them rejoice rather than sorrow.I will satiate the soul of the priests with abundance, And My people shall be satisfied with My goodness, says the Lord.”
