地怎樣使芽長出，園子怎樣使所栽種的生長，主耶和華也必照樣使公義和讚美在萬國中發出。

我要使他們和我山岡的四圍蒙福；我也必叫時雨落下，使福如甘霖降下。

這二人有權柄關閉天空，使他們說預言的日子不下雨；又有權柄使水變為血，並且能隨時隨意用各樣的災害擊打大地。

你眷顧地，降雨使地大大肥沃。神的河滿了水；你這樣澆灌了地，好為人預備五穀。你澆透地的犁溝，潤澤犁脊，降甘霖，使地鬆軟；其中生長的，蒙你賜福。你以恩惠為年歲的冠冕，你的路徑都滴下油脂，滴在曠野的草場上。小山以歡樂束腰，草場以羊羣為衣，谷中也長滿了五穀；這一切都歡呼歌唱。

他必降臨，像雨降在已割的草地上，如甘霖滋潤田地。在他的日子，公義要興旺，大有平安，除非月亮不在。

我必使它荒廢，不再修剪，不再鋤草，任荊棘蒺藜生長；我也必吩咐密雲，不再降雨在其上。

大衛又再求問耶和華，耶和華回答說：「你起身下基伊拉去，我必將非利士人交在你手裏。」
