耶和华的膀臂啊，兴起！兴起！以能力为衣穿上，像古时的年日、上古的世代兴起一样。从前砍碎拉哈伯、刺透大鱼的，不是你吗？

Awake, awake, arm of the Lord, clothe yourself with strength! Awake, as in days gone by, as in generations of old. Was it not you who cut Rahab to pieces, who pierced that monster through?

Wake up, arm of the Lord! Wake up! Dress yourself with strength as if it were your clothes! Wake up, just as you did in the past. Wake up, as you did long ago. Didn’t you cut Rahab to pieces? Didn’t you stab that sea monster to death?

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in days of old, the generations of long ago. Was it not you who cut Rahab in pieces, who pierced the dragon?

Wake up, wake up, O Lord! Clothe yourself with strength! Flex your mighty right arm! Rouse yourself as in the days of old when you slew Egypt, the dragon of the Nile.

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of Jehovah; awake, as in the days of old, the generations of ancient times. Is it not thou that didst cut Rahab in pieces, that didst pierce the monster?

Wake up, wake up! Put on the strength of the Lord’s power. Wake up as in days past, as in generations of long ago. Wasn’t it You who hacked Rahab to pieces, who pierced the sea monster?

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old.[ Art] thou not it that hath cut Rahab,[ and] wounded the dragon?

Wake up! Wake up! Clothe yourself with strength, O arm of the LORD! Wake up as in former times, as in antiquity! Did you not smash the Proud One? Did you not wound the sea monster?

昔爾展厥能力、使大海中判、巨魚立毀、鱷魚之首摧傷、俾為荒服所食兮、

維爾郇邑、耶路撒冷聖京、素若被虜之女。今當振興、去爾塵埃、脫爾項索、坐爾高位、被爾麗服、以彰華美、自今而後、未受割者被污之物、不復錯處爾中。

爰有敵人、若海中之鱷魚、其體雄偉、其行迅速、盤曲若蛇、當斯時也、耶和華將持巨刃、堅利無儔、以剪斯敵。

爾曹耶路撒冷人、我耶和華所震怒、若手執爵、酒味殊烈、醞釀甚厚、使爾飲之務盡、以至酩酊、今當儆醒覺悟。

埃及之助徒勞、故名之云、大言不慙、無濟於事、

爾使喇合糜爛、如遭殺戮、爾展巨能、俾敵離散兮、

願耶和華勃然而興兮、莊嚴而臨兮、使我之煩冤兮得白、使敵之憤怒兮悉平。

耶和華具全能、有大力、指己發誓、爾之五穀、爾之酒漿、皆勤勞而得、自是而後、必不使仇敵食之、異邦人飲之。

主耶和華曰、埃及王法老、若河中巨鱷、自謂我鑿江河、足供己用、我必罰爾、

上帝兮、粵若古昔、爾行異跡兮、維予列祖、傳之於予、予聞而知之兮、

施其大能、海波洶湧、行其大智、洪濤恬靜、

木石不能言、有求其起而庇佑者、禍必不遠、維彼偶像、雖飾金銀、不通呼吸、焉能有應、

其命維何、曰、喇合巴比倫之人、將宗事乎我兮、非利士、推羅、古實之人、將為郇之赤子兮、

耶和華兮、勃然而興、毋若假寐、毋我遐棄、日久而月長兮、

我施仁義、手援斯眾、以伸其冤、其時伊邇、洲島之人、將瞻望予、惟予眷佑是賴。

我所傳聞、篤信者誰、耶和華力大、誠服者誰、

爾出而救民、沐以膏者、必加手援、惡黨之長、爾加誅戮、毀其城垣、露其址基、

耶和華為君、其威赫奕、能力俱全、寰宇奠定、歷久不易兮、

耶和華兮、施其力、當頌美之、我將謳歌以祝之兮。

其施厥臂力、於心志驕者、滅之、

如是、應先知以賽亞言云、主、我所傳聞、篤信者誰、主之大力、誠服者誰、

非我之愆、惟彼疾趨、設備害我、望爾鑒察、眷祐予兮。

昔爾之上帝耶和華、救爾於埃及、爾所目擊焉、豈有施大能巨力、異跡奇事、爭戰災害、事事可畏、以救他民、出於敵手乎。

上帝耶和華與、昔爾簡亞伯蘭、導出迦勒底之耳邑、錫名亞伯拉罕。爾察其心、知彼竭忠、故與之約、以迦南人、赫人、亞摩哩人、比哩洗人、耶布士人、革迦西人之地、錫其苗裔、爾真實無妄、言出惟行。我之列祖於埃及、備受艱辛、爾鑒之、在紅海籲呼、爾聞之、法老及其臣民、妄自誇大、爾亦知之、故行異跡奇事、罰及其身、是以爾名播揚、逮乎今日、爾使海中判、民行其間、若履陸地、敵人追襲、爾擲之於深淵、如石投水。爾晝導民以雲、夜燭民以火、其狀如柱。爾降臨於西乃山、自天諭民、賜以典章、律例、禁令、禮儀、俱真實至善。安息日為聖日、爾使眾知所持守、又命爾僕摩西、以禁令、禮儀、律例、訓迪之、民饑則餅降自天、民渴則水湧於磐、昔爾誓以土地錫民、後復令民入而居之。

巨龍與其使者、皆逐於地、昔有蛇、亦稱魔鬼撒但、素惑天下億兆、即此龍也、

主勃然興起、如寢者之警醒、如壯夫飲酒而呼呶兮、

自昔迄今永在、無所不能之主上帝、自握大權以治、故我頌禱爾、

其田曰、我主與、如耶和華祐我、奚至所遇若此、我嘗聞我父之言、昔耶和華導我族出埃及、今其異跡安在、斯時耶和華遺棄我儕、付我於米田人手。
